விடுதலை வேட்கை பற்றியெரியும் காஷ்மீரில் மக்கள் போராட்டத்தைக் எதிர்கொள்ள முடியாத இந்திய அரசு ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவை மீறித் தெருவில் நடமாடுபவர்களைக் கண்டதும் சுட உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. மன்மோகன் சிங் தலைமையில் கூடிய உயர்மட்டக் குழு கூட்டத்திற்குப் பிறகு இந்த உத்திரவு வந்துள்ளது. மேலும் இரண்டாயிரம் துணை இராணுவப் படையினர் காஷ்மீருக்கு அனுப்பப்பட விருக்கிறார்கள். காஷ்மீரின் ஒவ்வொரு வீதியிலும் இந்த உத்தரவை ஒலிப் பெருக்கியில் கூறி மக்களை மிரட்டி வருகிறது இந்திய இராணுவம். ஆனால், “இந்தியாவே வெளியேறு” என்ற முழக்கம் இராணுவத்தின் மிரட்டலையும் விஞ்சி, காஷ்மீர் பள்ளத்தாக்கு முழுவதும் எதிரொலிக்கிறது.
மூன்று மாதங்களில் நூறுக்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்களைத் துப்பாக்கிச் சூட்டுக்குப் பலிகொடுத்தும் அம்மக்களின் போராட்டம் ஓயவில்லை. கடந்த வாரத்தில் மட்டும் 27 பேர் துப்பாக்கிச் சூட்டில் கொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர், நூற்றுக் கணக்கானவர்கள் காயமடைந்துள்ளனர்.
ஐ.எஸ்.ஐ சதி, பிரிவினைவாதிகள் சதி எனப் பத்திரிக்கைகள் காஷ்மீர் மக்களின் இந்தப் போராட்டத்தைக் கொச்சைபடுத்தி எழுதி வருகின்றன. “நம்காலத்து ஜெனரல் டையர்” மன்மோகனோ ஊரடங்கை மீறுபவர்கள் அப்பாவிகள் அல்ல தீவிரவாதிகள், அவர்களைச் சுட்டுக் கொல்வதில் தப்பில்லை என கொலை வெறியுடன் உத்தரவிடுகிறார். கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள், பள்ளிச் சிறுவர்கள், குடும்பத் தலைவிகள், என சமூகத்தின் அனைத்துப் பிரிவினரும் தங்களது சுதந்திரத்திற்காகப் போராடி வரும்போது, இதனை தீவிரவாதிகள் சதி என்ற ஒரே வார்த்தையில் ஒதுக்கித் தள்ளிவிடத் துடிக்குது இந்திய அரசு.
இந்திய இராணுவத்தின் பெரும் பகுதியை காஷ்மீரில் நிறுத்தி, கடந்த 30 வருடங்களாக துப்பாக்கி முனையில் ஆட்சி செய்து வருகிறது இந்தியா. துப்பாக்கியின் நிழலில் வாழும் கொடுமையைத் தாங்க முடியாத காஷ்மீர் மக்கள் தெருவில் இறங்கிப் போராட ஆரம்பித்துள்ளனர். தங்களது இளைஞர்கள் தீவிரவாதி என முத்திரை குத்திக் கொல்லப்படுவதையும், தங்கள் வீட்டுப் பெண்கள் இராணுவத்தால் சூறையாடப்படுவதையும் இனியும் காசுமீரிகளால் சகித்துக்கொள்ள இயலாது. அவர்கள் களத்தில் இறங்கி விட்டனர். ஆதிக்க வெறியாட்டம் போடும் இந்திய இராணுவத்தையும், அரசையும் காஷ்மீரிலிருது வெளியேற்றாமல் அவர்கள் ஓயப்போவதில்லை.
ஆனால் இந்திய அரசின் பாடுதான் திண்டாட்டமாக உள்ளது. இந்திய அரசுக்கு, தனிநாடு கேட்கும் போராளி இயக்கத்தை எப்படிச் சிதைக்க வேண்டும் என்பது தெரியும். அப்பாவிகளை பிடித்து தீவிரவாதி என போலி மோதலில் சுட்டுக் கொல்லத் தெரியும், ஆனால் அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியாதது, விடுதலை உணர்வு பெற்றுப் போராடும் மக்களின் போராட்டத்தை எப்படி அடக்குவது என்பதுதான். தீயைப் பொட்டலம் கட்ட யாருக்குத்தான் தெரியும்.
அதனால் தான் இவ்வாறு உத்தரவுகளைப் பிறப்பித்து மக்களை மிரட்டிப் பார்க்கிறார்கள். இந்த வெத்துச் சவடாலுக்கும், மிரட்டலுக்கும் மக்கள் அஞ்சப் போவது இல்லை. இதோ ஆயிரக்கணக்காண காஷ்மீரத்து ஆண்களும் பெண்களும் தெருவிலிறங்கி இந்திய இராணுவத்தை நேருக்கு நேர் சந்திக்கிறார்கள். அவன் துப்பாக்கியால் சுடுவான் எனத் தெரிந்தும் சிப்பாய்கள் மீது கல்லெறிகிறார்கள். ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவைக் காலில் போட்டு மிதித்து ஊர்வலமாகச் சென்று முழங்குகிறார்கள். 30 ஆண்டுகால அடக்குமுறைக்கு எதிரான அவர்களது விடுதலை வேட்கையைத் தோட்டாக்களாலும், பீரங்கிக் குண்டுகளாலும் தடுக்க இயலாது. இந்திய அரசையும் இராணுவத்தையும் அவர்கள் நிச்சயம் முறியடிப்பார்கள், சுய நிர்ணயத்துக்காண அவர்களது போராட்டம் நிச்சயம் வெல்லும்.

Sumir Kaul Srinagar, Aug 23 (PTI) Fed up with repeated strikes by separatists in Kashmir Valley, shopkeepers are up in arms against protestors, who are tasting their own bitter pill as locals are attacking them with stones. Clerics have also started making fervent appeals from mosques to open shops and restore normalcy in violence affected areas.
An incident of clash was recently reported from Peerbagh in Budgham district of Central Kashmir – the scene of violent protests during the last few weeks. As separatists and their goons reached the area to enforce the strike, they were greeted with stones.
Local shopowners showered stones on these rowdy elements who tried to force them to close down their establishments. The police could not do anything to quell the locals and shopkeepers as securitymen were outnumbered.
These shopkeepers and locals reached the police station later and filed an FIR against 10 people of neighbouring Nabir Gund village holding them responsible for spoiling peace and threatening the locals. Far away in Anantnag in South Kashmir, an appeal for opening of shops was made as people were facing lot of hardships on account of frequent strikes during the Holy month of Ramzan.
The separatists” strike calls have hit the economy and at many a places people have been seen selling off their belongings at distress rates. The business of shopkeepers has suffered a lot as the turmoil not only brought tourism to an abrupt halt but also forced establishments to remain closed for nearly two months now.
In Ompura area in central Kashmir, there have been instances of exchange of hot words between locals and anti-social elements when businessmen were forced to shut down their shops. In Meehama Pulwama in South Kashmir, four men were beaten up by locals three days back when they were trying to enforce a strike in the area.
Senior police officials said people were voicing their concern and police was only intervening to prevent situation from turning worse. These issues are not limited to villages only.
In Natipora area of the city, anti-social elements ransacked a bakery shop. The owner”s only fault was to supply fresh traditional Kashmiri bread in his area.
The incident triggered resentment among the public against the separatist agenda. “It is heartening that people have started coming out to register their protest against the separatists though such protests are scattered,” said a senior police official.

Besides this alarming figure of open killings by its security forces, there have been 6,969 custodial killings, 117,345 arrests, destruction, and razing of 105,861 houses and other physical structures in the use of the community as a whole. The brutal security forces have orphaned over 107, 351 children, widowed 22,728 women and gang raped 9,920 women. In June 2010 only, there have been 33 deaths including four children besides, torturing and injuring 572 people. The brutal Indian security forces molested eight women during the month of July. This brief account indeed, is the reality of Indian achievements on which they are trumpeting for their success in the Kashmir through counter insurgency operations !!!
shimla agreement entered between India and Pakistan in the aftermath of 1971 war requires both the countries to solve KASHMIR DISPUTE through dialogue. If kashmir is integral part of India how it find a place in the agreement as a disputed territory. India went to sign shimla agreement in a stronger position. It had won the war and had held 1,00,000, pakistani soldiers as prisioners of war.Even under such a favourable conditions neither could India claim kashmir as its integral part nor could deny kashmir is a disputed territory which is in line of pakistan’s argument. Because India’s claim over kashmir is inherently defective, politically injustifiable and morally improper. At the same time pakistan is also an occupational force in kashmir.They have no locus standi to claim kashmir just because it is muslim majority area. It is the kashmir people who have the right to determine how kashmir should be.

To find one culprit police or govt need to investigate 100 suspected persons. With out that how to find that 1 culprit. Kashmir situation is one of the toughest for police and military in the world.
