மே தின வாழ்த்துக்கள்! ஏதோ ஒரு சில கணிணி இளைஞர்கள் சொல்ல வருகிறீர்கள் போலும். மொத்தமும் என்றால், எனக்கு வருத்தம். எதையும் கவலை படாத ஒரு சிலர் எல்லா வேலைகளிலும் இருக்கத்தான் செய்கிறார்கள்.

Excellent.Today”s youth do not worry about anything.As the poet says they are toiling Mon to Friday to enjoy on holidays.They do not have sympathy for toiling fellow human beings.They talk Tanglish.They chase mirage.They are least interested in politics.At the time of elections,they believe whatever English channels are dishing out.Otherwise will the college students get permission to participate in so called cleansing rally of Anna Hazare,wear the tees given by some one and raise slogans which they do not understand.Many of them do not know who this Hazare is.If they remain like this,they may not be in a position to buy their dream homes.They should come out of their indifference.

why dont u guys stand for elections?

இப்படி தேவையற்ற எண்ணங்களை விதைத்து ஐ.டி மக்களை தனித்தீவு ஆக்கிவிட்டீர்கள்..இதனால் தாங்கள் கண்ட பயன் என்ன?

Anna Hazare started a move but the vested interests including our Home Minister tried his level best to kill the movement by creating differnces among the members of Anna Group…USA is a rich country and giving more job opportunities to the people of Inida, because they are hard workers..as a matter of fact who is enjoying…? Our politicians not the I.T.employees…they are working for 5 days a week…and they will tell proudly that their salary is XXXXXXX per annum..
as they are being paid by US IT companies…OUR POLITICIANS WHITE COLLAR FELLOWS ARE MAKING THE LAW BY SITTING AT THE DEAD BODIES OF OUR WORKING CLASS..
While I was working at Chennai central Govt. office 1974-1975, emergency was
declared and when we demand lur legitimate rights of going out for 15-20 minutes for meeting urgent private work we were not allowed to go our office between office time i.e 10 am to 5.30 pm in all six days..Sunday was the only day for doing all things, attending to house chorus, helping children etc. WHAT INDIRA GANDHI GAINED BY THAT ? SHE ADOPTED THE BRITISH POLICY OF DIVIDE AND RULE..
IN 1976 ACCOUNTS WAS SEPARATED FROM AUDIT AND C & A G OF INDIA WAS RELIEVED THE FUNCTION OF MAINTAINING ACCOUNTS AND CREATED APARALLEL POST OF CONTROLLER GENERAL OF ACCOUNTS UNDER MINISTRY OF FINANCE.
Now the fate is even the C & A G is being questioned for finding irregularities of 2 G spectrum…

My May Day Wishes to you all who regularly register their views and contribute in their part for meaningful discussion in this forum.

உழைப்பை விற்று கூலி பெறுகிறார்கள் சரி. ஆனால் அதிகமாக பெறுகிறார்கள். அதனால் வர்க்க உணர்வு அடைதல் இயலாத காரியம். உபயோகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஆணுறையைப் போல பயன் முடிந்தபின் முதலாளி வர்க்கம் இவர்களை தூக்கியெறிந்து விடும். அன்றுதான் இவர்களுக்கு வர்க்க உணர்வு வரும்.

கணினித்துறை சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்கள் மட்டுமே இப்படி வர்க்க உணர்வில்லாத சொரணையற்றவர் போல எழுதுகிறீர்கள். மருத்துவர்கள் நிலையும் இதுவே. அங்கு நடப்பது இன்னும் கொடுமையானது. அதைப் பற்றி ஏன் எழுதக்கூடாது.

ஐடி காரர்கள் தோழர்களை வேறுபடுத்துவது இருக்கட்டும்,நீங்கள் எப்படி?
உங்கள் கவிதையின் தோனி ஐடி காரர்களை வேறுபடுத்துவதாகவே உள்ளது…
நான் உங்கள் தொழன் அல்ல என்பது பொன்ற தோனியில் எழுதினால் எப்படி அவன் தோழனாவான்?
ஐடி துறையில் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு மாறாக பெண்களை நெடுநேரம் வேலை வாங்குகிறார்கள், கர்ப்பினிகளுக்கோ கேட்கவே வேண்டாம்…
முதளாளித்துவ நாடுகளிலேயே இவர்களுக்கு அதிக உரிமைகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன…

இவர்களுக்கு தோழர்கள் என்ன செய்தார்கள்? ஐடியினரின் அறியாமையைப்போக்க முயற்சியெடுஙள்…புலம்புவதை விட அது நல்ல பலனளிக்கும்…

நீங்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்பது போலவே,
ஐ.டி. துறையினரின் அறியாமையை போக்கும் பொருட்டு,
அவர்களை இடித்துரைக்கிறதே, இக்கவிதை!
இதில் எங்கே இருக்கிறது புலம்பல்?

சொல்கிறேன் என்று கோவித்துக்கொள்ளாதீர்கள், //ஐடி துறையில் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு மாறாக பெண்களை நெடுநேரம் வேலை வாங்குகிறார்கள், கர்ப்பினிகளுக்கோ கேட்கவே வேண்டாம்…// இந்த புலம்பல்களெல்லாம் உங்களுடையது!

//ஒரு துண்டறிக்கை தரவந்தால்,
வெட்டிப்பேசி, விலகி நடந்து
ஏதோ ஒரு முதலாளி போல்

இங்கே தன்னை துண்டித்து கொள்வதும், வேறுபடுத்திப்பார்ப்பதும் ஐ.டி. துறையினரா? இல்லை, துரை.சண்முகத்தின் கவிதை வரிகளா?

சுங்குவார்சத்திரம், பூவிருந்தவல்லி மற்றும் அதனை சுற்றியுள்ள பேருந்து நிறுத்தங்களிலும், தனியார் நிறுவனங்களின் பிக்-அக் பாயிண்டு களிலும் ஐ.டி. துறையினர் பணிக்குச்செல்லும் அந்த அதிகாலை நேரத்தில் அங்கு நின்று, ஆங்கில மொழியில் அச்சிடப்பட்ட துண்டுப்பிரசுரத்துடன் அவர்களை சந்திக்கின்றனர், பு.ஜ.தொ.மு. அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த தோழர்கள்!

ஐ.டி.துறையினரின் அறியாமைப் போக்க இவ்வமைப்பினர் மேற்கொள்ளும் ‘உருப்படியான’ இத்தகைய முன்முயற்சிகளின் பொழுது எதிர்கொண்ட, கண்டுணர்ந்த அனுபவங்களே, இவற்றுக்கு சாட்சி!

ஐ.டி.துறையினரின் அறியாமையைப் போக்கும் கடமை, தோழர்களுக்கு மாத்திரமே வாய்த்தவையா,என்ன? தங்களுக்கு இல்லையா அந்த சமூகப்பொறுப்பு?

உங்களை நீங்களே வேறுபடுத்திக்கொண்டாலும், துண்டித்துக்கொள்ள நினைத்தாலும், நாங்கள் மட்டுமல்ல இந்த கேடுகெட்ட முதலாளித்துவ சமூக அமைப்பும் கூட, நீங்கள் அவ்வாறே நீடிக்க விட்டு வைக்கப்போவதில்லை உங்களை!

அப்புறமென்ன தயக்கம், இப்பொழுதே வந்துவிட வேண்டியதுதானே இப்பக்கம்!

Every IT person is worrying about job insecurity. They know they cannot work till their age of 58. Maximum of 15-20 yrs in the field is possible. For many of us the concern in starting IT unions is the following one – many IT giants have offices in china, phillipines and other countries with low cost for labours. If we start claiming unions, simply they will do a mass layoff and switch their majority operations to those countries. Don’t u think so?

வல்லரசு ஆவுறதுக்கு வழி கேட்டா…நல்லரசுக்கு வழி சொல்றிங்க

The IT Giants (TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Satyam, CSC, EDS, HP etc.,,) all are sucking our blood. Yes they are f**cking us.
Once they were f**cking us in one hole. After Recession they started f**cking in all our holes.
1.
EDS, Emphasis- If employee is in Bench(not in project) for more than a month, from next month no salary for him. What a bullshit.
2.
Wipro, TCS, Infosys etc., – No Coffee vending machines, No milk, No incentive on Night stay
3.
All companies — doubled thier travelling chagres (Pickup, Drop)
4.
TCS, INFOSYS — No Salary hike in this 2012. But f**king share holders (CEO, Board members got crores of crores share divedends)
5.
In the name of cost cutting there is no Project party funds.
6.
In infosys a unit conducting CRICKET MATCH, for that emloyees have to sponsor for balls, bats, kits, its is biggest unit in Infosys, earned 1000 Billion Dollors.
7.
All Employees are no way to ask anf get these all, they have to shut all their holes and work. Or will be fired.

So its it true, we are really not IT Folks , we are IT Dogs.

தோழர் துரை.சண்முகம் கவிதை சாட்டை அடி. நானும் ஐ.டி துறையில் வேலை செய்கிற ஆள் தான். இந்த கவிதையில் உள்ள விமர்சனங்கள்,அனைத்தையும் நான் ஏற்று கொள்கிறேன்,அதே சமயம், இந்த விமர்சனம் உலகமயமாக்கலின் பின் வளர்ச்சி ஏற்பட்ட பல் வேறு துறைகளில்,அதிக வருமானம் பெரும் ஒரு பெரிய இளைஞர் கூட்டத்தை நோக்கி வைக்க வேண்டியது.இதில் ஐ.டி துறை அதிக அளவில் உள்ளதால்,பெரிதாக பார்க்கபடுகிறது என்பதே உண்மை.
