“சமூக வலைத்தளங்களில் அரசு அதிகாரிகள் இந்தியையே முதன்மையாகப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்” என்றொரு அரசாணையை முதலில் வெளியிட்டு ஆழம் பார்த்தது மோடி அரசு. பரவலாக எதிர்ப்பு வரவே, “அந்த ஆணை இந்தி பேசும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு மட்டும்தான் பொருந்தும்” என்று சமாளித்தது. பிறகு தென்னிந்திய மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள மத்திய அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் இந்திப் பயிற்சிக்கு செல்லாத ஊழியர்களுக்கு அலுவலக ரீதியில் மெமோ கொடுக்கப்படுவதாக செய்தி வெளியானது. இப்போது நாடெங்கும் மைய அரசின் பாடத் திட்டத்தைக் கொண்டுள்ள பள்ளிகளில் (சி.பி.எஸ்.சி.) ஆகஸ்டு 7 முதல் 13 வரை சமஸ்கிருத வாரம் கொண்டாடும்படி, சி.பி.எஸ்.சி. இயக்குனர் வழியாக சுற்றறிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
பச்சைப் பொய்களாலும், பார்ப்பனப் புரட்டுகளாலும் நிரம்பியிருக்கும் அந்தச் சுற்றறிக்கை, சமஸ்கிருதத்தை எல்லா (உலக) மொழிகளுக்கும் தாய் என்று குறிப்பிடுவதுடன், அது இந்தியப் பண்பாட்டுடன் பின்னிப் பிணைந்த மொழி என்றும், இந்தியாவின் ஆகப்பெரும்பான்மையான அறிவுச்செல்வங்கள் சமஸ்கிருதத்தில்தான் இருப்பதாகவும் கூறுகிறது. இந்தியப் பண்பாட்டுப் பாரம்பரியத்துக்கு மட்டுமின்றி, எல்லா இந்திய மொழிகளுக்கும் சமஸ்கிருதத்துடன் உள்ள உறவு குறித்து பிரபலப்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்றுமென்றும் இச்சுற்றறிக்கை கோருகிறது.
சமஸ்கிருத மொழியை அன்றாட வாழ்வுடன் இணைப்பது எப்படி என்பது குறித்து மாணவர்கள் சமஸ்கிருத பண்டிதர்களுடன் கலந்துபேச வேண்டுமென்றும், சமஸ்கிருத சொற்களை கற்றுக் கொள்ளும் விதமான கணினி விளையாட்டுகளை உருவாக்குவது, சமஸ்கிருத மொழித் திரைப்படங்களான ஆதி சங்கரர், பகவத் கீதை போன்றவற்றைத் திரையிடுதல் போன்ற வழிமுறைகளில் இது கொண்டாடப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கூறியிருக்கிறது மோடி அரசு.
சுற்றறிக்கையில் காணப்படும் விவரங்களிலிருந்தே, மொழியின் பெயரால் பார்ப்பன இந்து மதத்தைத் திணிக்கும் மோடி அரசின் நோக்கத்தை நாம் புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியும். சமஸ்கிருதம் இந்தியப் பண்பாட்டுடன் பிணைந்த மொழி என்று இவ்வறிக்கை கூறும்போது, அது பார்ப்பன இந்துப் பண்பாட்டை மட்டுமே அர்த்தப்படுத்துகிறது. ஏனென்றால் சமண, பவுத்த மதங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பிற மதங்களின் இலக்கியங்கள் சமஸ்கிருதத்தில் இல்லை. மேலும் ஆதி சங்கரர் படத்தைத் திரையிடுதல், சுலோகப்போட்டி போன்றவை அப்பட்டமான பார்ப்பனியத் திணிப்பு நடவடிக்கைகள். எல்லா இந்திய மொழிகளுக்கும் சமஸ்கிருதத்துக்குமான “உறவு” குறித்து மக்களிடையே பிரபலப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று கூறுவதன் வாயிலாக, “சமஸ்கிருதம்தான் தமிழ் உள்ளிட்ட எல்லா மொழிகளுக்கும் தாய்” என்று பார்ப்பனப் புரட்டை நிலைநாட்டவே மோடி அரசு முயற்சிக்கிறது.
ஆனால், சமஸ்கிருதம் எந்தக் காலத்திலும் ஆட்சிமொழியாகவோ, மக்களின் வழக்கு மொழியாகவோ இருந்ததில்லை. கி.மு ஆறாம் நூற்றாண்டைச் சேர்ந்த வேதமறுப்பு மதங்களான பவுத்த, சமண மத இலக்கியங்கள் பாலி மொழியில்தான் இயற்றப்பட்டன என்பதுடன் அசோகனின் கல்வெட்டுகளும் பாலி மொழியில்தான் செதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. சமஸ்கிருதம் என்பது தமிழைப் போல ஒரு மூல மொழியல்ல. அது பல அந்நிய நாட்டு மொழிகளைக் கொண்ட கதம்ப மொழியாகும். கிரேக்க, ஜெர்மானிய, கோதிக் மொழிகளும் சமஸ்கிருதமும் ஒன்றுபோல ஒலிப்பதை பல ஆய்வாளர்கள் ஏற்கெனவே நிரூபித்துள்ளனர்.
சமஸ்கிருதம் ஒரு தொன்மையான மொழி என்பதில் நமக்கு மறுப்பேதும் இல்லை. வேத, சாத்திர, புராண, இதிகாசங்கள் மட்டுமல்ல, பல்வேறு வேதமறுப்பு, இறைமறுப்பு தத்துவங்கள், அறிவியல், இலக்கிய நூல்களும் அம்மொழியில் உள்ளன. அவற்றையெல்லாம் பயின்றதன் பயனாகத்தான் பார்ப்பன இந்துமதக் கொடுங்கோன்மைகளை அம்பேத்கர் வெளிக்கொணர முடிந்தது. “இந்திய தத்துவ மரபு என்பது பார்ப்பன ஆன்மீக மரபு அல்ல, நமது தத்துவ மரபில் பெரும்பான்மையானவை வேத மறுப்பு, இறைமறுப்புத் தத்துவங்களே” என்று தேவி பிரசாத் சட்டோபாத்யாயா போன்ற ஆய்வாளர்களால் நிலைநாட்ட முடிந்தது. டி.டி.கோசாம்பி போன்ற வரலாற்று ஆய்வாளர்களால், புராண மவுடீகங்களிலிருந்து வரலாற்றை விடுவிக்க முடிந்தது. பார்ப்பன மரபுக்கு எதிரான கருத்துகளைக் கொண்ட எண்ணற்ற சமஸ்கிருத நூல்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன என்ற உண்மையையும் வெளிக்கொணர முடிந்தது.
உண்மையில் சமஸ்கிருதம் என்ற மொழியின் அழிவுக்கு வழிகோலியவர்கள் இன்று சமஸ்கிருத வாரம் கொண்டாடச் சொல்லும் மோடியின் மூதாதையர்கள்தான். ஆம், இது அவர்கள் தம் சொந்த செலவில் வைத்துக் கொண்ட சூனியம். எந்த ஒரு மொழியும் மக்களுடைய நாவிலும் காதிலும்தான் வாழ முடியும், வளர முடியும். ஆரியம் போல “உலக வழக்கொழிந்து சிதையா சீரிளமைத் திறத்தை” தமிழ் பெற்றிருப்பதற்கு காரணம், அன்று முதல் இன்றுவரை அது மக்கள் மொழியாக இருப்பதுதான்.
ஆனால் பார்ப்பனியமோ, நாட்டின் பெரும்பான்மையான உழைக்கும் மக்களுக்கு கல்வியையும், வழிபாட்டு உரிமையையும் மறுத்தது. சமஸ்கிருதம் என்ற மொழியைத் தனது ஆதிக்கத்துக்கான ரகசிய ஆயுதமாக மாற்றிக்கொண்டு, அதற்கு தேவபாஷை என்றும் பெயரிட்டுக் கொண்டது. சமஸ்கிருத மந்திரங்களின் ஒலி பார்ப்பனர்களின் வாய் வழியாக வெளியில் வரும்போதுதான் கோயிலில் இருக்கும் கற்சிலை தெய்வீக சக்தியைப் பெறுகிறது; அந்த சக்தி தமிழ் உள்ளிட்ட வேறெந்த மொழிக்கோ, வேறு சாதியினருக்கோ கிடையாது என்று விதி செய்தது. இந்த ஆகம விதியைக் காட்டித்தான் பார்ப்பனரல்லாத அர்ச்சக மாணவர்கள் தெருவில் நிறுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கின்றனர்.
ஆனால் கோயில்களில் மேற்படி மந்திரங்களை அன்றாடம் ஒப்புவிக்கும் பார்ப்பன அர்ச்சகர்கள் யாருக்கும் அவற்றின் பொருள் தெரியாது. தன் வாயிலிருந்து வரும் வார்த்தைக்கே பொருள் தெரியாதவர்களாக அர்ச்சகர்கள் இருக்க, இந்த மொழியை மக்களுக்கு கற்றுக் கொடுத்து, மக்களின் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையுடன் இணைக்கப்போகிறதாம் மோடி அரசு.
சமஸ்கிருதத்தைத் தேசிய மொழியாக்க வேண்டுமென்ற இந்த பார்ப்பன வேட்கை பிரிட்டிஷ் ஆட்சிக் காலத்திலேயே தலையெடுத்து விட்டது. கல்லூரிப் பாடத்திட்டத்தில் மொழிக்கல்வியாக கற்றுத்தரப்பட வேண்டியது சமஸ்கிருதமா அல்லது அவரவர் தாய்மொழியா என்ற விவாதம் வந்தபோது, வைஸ்ராய் கர்சன் அதன் மீது கருத்து கூறுமாறு சென்னைப் பல்கலைக் கழகத்தைப் பணித்திருக்கிறார். அன்று பரிதிமாற்கலைஞரும், மு.சி. பூரணலிங்கம் பிள்ளை அவர்களும் முடிவெடுக்கும் அதிகாரம் கொண்ட ஆசிரியர்களைத் தனித்தனியே சந்தித்து, தாய்மொழிக் கல்வியின் அவசியத்தை வலியுறுத்தி ஏற்கச் செய்திருக்கின்றனர். பின்னர் தாய்மொழிக் கல்வியே பாடமாக்கப்படவேண்டுமென்று அரசு முடிவெடுத்திருக்கிறது. மேற்கூறிய வரலாற்று விவரங்களை “செம்மொழி” உள்ளும் புறமும் என்ற தனது நூலில் விளக்கியிருக்கிறார் மணவை முஸ்தபா. தமிழைத் தம் உயிர் மூச்சாகக் கருதியவர்களான பரிதிமாற்கலைஞரும் பூரணலிங்கம் பிள்ளையும், பார்ப்பன வெறியர்களைப் போல அதனை மற்ற மொழியினர் மீது ஏவி விடவில்லை. தமிழை இந்தியாவின் தேசிய மொழியாக்கவேண்டும் என்று கருதவில்லை. மாறாக, ஜனநாயக உணர்வுடன் பல் தேசிய இனங்களின் தாய்மொழிக் கல்வியையே வலியுறுத்தியிருக்கின்றனர்.
இன்று வைகோ, ராமதாசு முதலானோர் மிகவும் எச்சரிக்கையாக, “சமஸ்கிருதத்துக்கு மட்டும் தனிச்சலுகை வழங்கக்கூடாது; அவரவர் தாய்மொழியை ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும்” என்று கூறுவதுடன் நிறுத்திக் கொள்கின்றனர். மோடி அரசு தொடுத்திருக்கும் இந்த தாக்குதலின் நோக்கம் பற்றிப் பேச மறுக்கின்றனர்.
இன்று மோடி அரசு கொண்டுவரும் சமஸ்கிருத திணிப்பு என்பது இந்து-இந்தி-இந்தியா என்ற இந்து ராஷ்டிர அரசியலின் திணிப்பு. தேசிய இன அடையாளங்களை அழிக்கும் பார்ப்பன பண்பாட்டுப் படையெடுப்பு. அயோத்தி, பொது சிவில் சட்டம், இந்தித் திணிப்பு, பாடத்திட்டங்களில் இந்துத்துவம் ஆகியவற்றின் வரிசையிலான இன்னொரு தாக்குதல். சமஸ்கிருதமயமாக்கத்தை எதிர்த்து நின்ற தமிழ் மரபு, இந்தத் தாக்குதலை எதிர்ப்பதில் முன் நிற்கவேண்டும்.

I am a tamilan. with due respect to the intentions and feelings of the site promoters, I am letting my view here. I am not discouraging development the of tamil.but the vengence of sanskrit vs tamil comes from aryan invasion theory. Actually both sanskrit and tamil cultures glorify the same gods like vinayaka,siva,kartikeya and also The Supreme Lord, Sri Krishna. and there are lots of references in sanskrit refering to rivers of tamilnadu, kings like pandyas in bhagavatam and other puranas.
This aryan invasion theory is a myth created by britishers like max muller to take away indian cultural heritage people from india. They wanted to show their culture is better than our indian culture. for that they created aryan invasion theory. greek,latin all have similarity to sanskrit because in fact they came from sanskrit, not that sanskrit came from greek,latin.
there is nothing like aryan and dravidian.Actually ‘aryan’ in sanskrit means ‘one who knows higher values of life’.

my intention is not to discourage you. But we have to consider whatever is truth, before blindly bashing something.If actually there is a conflict between tamil and sanskrit, alwars, nayanmars and all would have not worshipped,glorified shiva,krishna,etc.

it is understandable, that brahmins did mistakes by monopolizing vedic culture and rights.But cataract in the eye, means we have to cure the cataract, not plucking the eye. And according to the vedas, a person is recognized as a brahmana by qualification and work and not by birth. the kali yuga version of brahmin culture would have twisted and claimed by birth.but according to bhagavad gita, bhagavatam, a person’s status is determined by qualification and work.
Just like a doctor’s son can’t be a doctor unless he qualifies. A brahmana who doesn’t act as a brahmana is called as a brahmana. And for your information, I am not a brahmana. and it is said in bhagavatam that in kaliyuga a brahmana is known simply by wearing a thread. so it is obivous the brahmanas of kali yuga are not qualified.
One who keeps his goal of his human life to understand God is called as brahmin, otherwise can’t be called as brahmana

I think all should agree with Palindia! But Jammy seems to be circumventing the main issue- ie – how relevant is the Sanskrit to modern education? What about the Varnaasrama poison found in its texts like manusmiruthi,mahabharat, bhagavat geetha and Ramaayanaa? How can any rationalised soul accept the Sanskrit over the ones own mother tonque? Are we to nurture the mother tongue for educating the uneducated or spent our money on Sanskrit to support bhraminocrazy and others to toil as their servants (shudras)?
