அரசியல் ரீதியில், பீகார் மாநிலம் இன்னொரு தமிழகமாக மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது என்பது ஊர் அறிந்த விசயமே. தமிழகத்தில் பாஜகவின் எடுபிடி அரசாக எடப்பாடி அரசு இருப்பது போலவே பீகாரிலும் நிதிஷ் குமார் அரசு செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. அதே சமயத்தில், நிர்வாக ரீதியில் பீகார் இன்னொரு இராஜஸ்தானாக மாறி வருகிறது. அதை சமீபத்தில் பீகாரில் நடந்து வரும் நிகழ்வுகள் நிரூபிக்கின்றன.
சுவச்சு பாரத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, வரும் 2019-ம் ஆண்டிற்குள் பீகாரை திறந்தவெளியில் மலம் கழிக்கும் பழக்கம் இல்லாத மாநிலமாக மாற்றவேண்டும் என்று மோடியின் விசுவாசி நிதிஷ்குமார் உத்தரவிட்டிருக்கிறார். இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக அந்தந்த மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்கள் பல இடங்களில் விழிப்புணர்வுப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.
அவ்வகையில் பீகாரின் அவுரங்காபாத் மாவட்டத்தின் ஆட்சியரான கன்வல் தனுஜ், கடந்த ஜூலை 23 அன்று ஜம்மோர் கிராமத்தில் சுவச்சு பாரத் பொதுக்கூட்டம் ஒன்றில் உரையாற்றினார். தனது உரையின் துவக்கத்தில் இருந்தே மக்களை ஆடுமாடுகளைப் போல் இழிவுபடுத்தி பேசியுள்ளார். மக்களைப் பார்த்து, “திறந்த வெளியில் மலம் கழிக்கும் பழக்கத்தால் தான் பெண்கள் மீதான பாலியல் வன்முறைகள் அதிகரிக்கின்றன. உங்களால் முடியும் என்றால் உங்கள் வீட்டுப் பெண்களின் மானத்தைக் காத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். நீங்கள் அப்படி என்ன ஏழ்மையாய் இருக்கிறீர்கள்?. உங்கள் மனைவியின் மதிப்பு என்ன ரூ.12000-ஐ விடக் குறைவானதா? என் மனைவியின் மானத்தை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு எனக்கு ரூ.12,000 தாருங்கள் என்று நீங்கள் யாராவது கேட்பீர்களா ?” எனக் கேட்டுள்ளார்.
இதனிடையே கிராமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒருவர், கழிப்பறை கட்ட தன்னிடம் பணம் இல்லை என்றும், கழிப்பறைக்கு மத்திய மாநில அரசுகள் உதவித் தொகை வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுள்ளார். அதற்கு பதிலளித்த ஆட்சியர், “கழிவறை கட்ட பணம் இல்லை என்றால், உன் மனைவியை விற்று பணம் ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொள்”, எனத் திமிர்த்தனமாக பேசியுள்ளார்.மோடி என்ற ‘ஹிட்லரின்’ ஆட்சியில், ஏழைகள் 3 வேளை அரை வயிற்றிற்குத் திண்பதற்கே படாதபாடு பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது, இனிப் பேளுவதற்கும் படாதபாடு படவேண்டும் போலும்.
இதைப் போன்றே கடந்த மாதம் இராஜஸ்தானில், பெண்கள் திறந்த வெளியில் மலம் கழிப்பதைத் தவிர்க்க கையில் கேமராவுடன் நகராட்சி அதிகாரிகள் ஊர் ஊராக சுற்றித் திரிந்தது நினைவிருக்கலாம். அதனைத் தட்டிக் கேட்ட ஒரு கம்யூனிஸ்ட் தோழரை குண்டர்களின் உதவியோடு அப்பகுதி நகராட்சிக் கமிஷனர் அடித்தே கொன்றது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
அதே போல ரேஷன் அரிசி கிடைக்கவேண்டும் என்றால், உங்கள் வீட்டு வெளிப்புறச் சுவரில், நான் ஒரு ஏழை என்று எழுத வேண்டும் என உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். ஹிந்துத்துவ பாசிஸ்டுகளையும், அதிகாரவர்க்கக் கிரிமினல்களையும் விட வேறு யாராலும் ஏழைகளை இழிவாக நடத்த முடியுமா?
சொந்த நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு பொதுக் கழிப்பறைகளைக் கூட கட்டிக் கொடுக்க வக்கில்லாத இந்த கிரிமினல் கும்பல் தான் சுவச்சு பாரத்தைப் பற்றி பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. மக்களைப் பற்றியே கவலைப்படாத இந்த அரசு தான், மக்களின் சுத்தத்தையும் சுகாதாரத்தையும் குறித்து நீலிக் கண்ணீர் வடிக்கிறது. கன்வல் தனுஜ் ஒட்டு மொத்த அதிகார வர்க்கத்தின் ஒரு ‘மாதிரி’. அதன் மக்கள் விரோத முகத்தின் நேரடி சாட்சி.

You want us to accept truths and falsehoods? – Yes. When BJP does anything wrong, criticize that. No issues. But, when BJP does something right you need NOT to praise that. Instead, that should be mentioned in the article at least. I have not seen such news in Vinavu so far.
