இந்திய அரசு, இராணுவத்தின் அடக்குமுறைக்கு எதிராக காஷ்மீரில் நாளொரு மேனி பொழுதொரு வண்ணம் மக்கள் போராட்டம் தீவிரமடைந்து வருகிறது. துப்பாக்கி தோட்டக்களை வெறும் கற்களால் எதிர் கொண்டு சிறுவர் முதல் பெண்கள் வரை அங்கே உயிரைத் துச்சமென மதித்து போராடி வருகின்றனர். கடந்த மதங்களில் பல பத்து காஷ்மீர் மக்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கின்றனர்.
இந்த அநீதியை எதிர்த்து அருந்ததிராய் குரல் கொடுத்ததால் அவரையே கைது செய்வதாக மிரட்டியது இந்திய அரசு. “காஷ்மீரின் விடுதலைக்கு குரல் கொடுத்த குற்றத்திற்காக என்னைக் கைது செய்ய வேண்டுமென்றால் இந்த குற்றத்தை இலட்சக்கணக்கான காஷ்மீர் மக்கள் அன்றாடம் தெருக்களில் செய்து வருகிறார்கள், முடிந்தால் அவர்களை கைது செய்து பாருங்கள்” என்று நெற்றியடி அடித்தார் அருந்ததி ராய். அதன் பிறகு தேசபக்தி குஞ்சுகள் ஒன்றும் சவுண்டு விடக் காணோம்.
ஆனால் தற்போது பா.ஜ.க என்ற பண்டாரங்களது கட்சி பெரியதாக ஒரு சவுண்டு விட்டிருக்கிறது. அதாவது வரும் ஜனவரி 26 குடியரசு நாளில் ஸ்ரீநகர் லால் சவுக்கில் இவர்கள் இந்தியாவின் மூவர்ணக் கொடியை ஏற்றப் போகிறார்களாம். “இந்திய அடக்குமுறையாளர்களே காஷ்மீரை விட்டு வெளியேறுங்கள்” என்று உரக்க குரல் கொடுக்கும் மக்களை வெறுப்பேற்றுவதற்கு பா.ஜ.க விற்கு கிடைத்திருக்கும் ஒரு ஆயுதம்தான் இந்த கொடியேற்று தேசபக்தி.
ஆயிரக்கணக்கான உறவுகளை பலிகொடுத்து விட்டு வீட்டை விட்டு தெருவில் இறங்கினால் துப்பாக்கிகளின் அடக்குமுறையில் வாழ்க்கையை கழிக்கும் அந்த மக்களின் போராட்டத்தை ஆதரிக்க வில்லை என்றாலும் இப்படி குரூரமாக குத்திக் கிழிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் என்ன?
ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் விடுதலை முன்னணியின் தலைவர் யாசின் மாலிக் இந்த அயோக்கியத்தனத்தை எதிர்த்து அறிக்கை விட்டிருக்கிறார். பா.ஜ.க அப்படி கொடியேற்றும் முயற்சியை செய்தால் இந்தியத் துணைக் கண்டமே தீப்பிடித்து எரியும் என்று அவர் அதை கண்டித்திருக்கிறார். மேலும் பா.ஜ.க மத்தியில் ஆண்டபோது கூட அவர்கள் இதை செய்யவில்லை என்பதையும் சுட்டிக் காட்டுகிறார். உண்மைதான். இதிலிருந்து தேசபக்தி என்பது கூட எதிர்க்கட்சி அரசியல் நடவடிக்கைகளின்போது மட்டுமே பொங்கி வழியும் என்றாகிறது. இருக்கட்டும்.
உடனே நமது தேசபக்திக் குஞ்சுகள் ” இந்தியாவின் தேசியக் கொடியை எங்கு வேண்டுமானலும் ஏற்றலாமே.. அது உரிமை, அதை எதிர்ப்பது தேச துரோகம்” என்று பொங்குவார்கள்.
அந்த கூ முட்டைகளுக்கு ஒன்றை புரியும் விதத்தில் சொல்வோம். தேசம் என்பது அந்த தேசத்தில் வாழும் மக்களைக் குறிக்கிறது. அப்படிப் பார்த்தால் இந்தியாவின் பெரும்பான்மை மக்கள் ஏழைகள் என்ற விதத்தில் வாழ்வைக் கழிக்க போராடுபவர்கள் யாரும் காஷ்மீர் மக்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கையை ஆதரிக்கத்தான் செய்வார்கள். ஏனெனில் இவர்களுக்கு இந்தியா என்ற நாடு எந்த வாழ்க்கையையும், விடுதலையையும் தந்துவிடவில்லை. இப்படி பெரும்பான்மை மக்களை அடக்கி ஆளும் மேட்டுக் குடி கும்பல்தான் இந்தியா என்பதை பட்டாப் போட்ட அவர்களது அப்பன் வீட்டு சொத்து போல ஆட்டம் போடுகிறது.
சரி, அவர்களது வாதப்படியே பார்ப்போம். இந்தியக் குடிமகன் என்ற ”உரிமையில்” அவர்கள் ஸ்ரீநகரில் கொடி ஏற்றட்டும். அதே போல நாமும் வரும் ஜனவரி 26 அன்று இந்தியக் குடிமகன் என்ற ”உரிமையில்” கீழ்க்கண்ட சமத்துவ தேசபக்தி நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடலாம்.
1. கன்னியாகுமரியிலுள்ள மீனவர்கள் தங்களது உணவான மீனை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு விவேகானந்த கேந்திரத்திற்கு சென்று சமைத்து சாப்பிடுவார்கள். ஒரு இந்தியக் குடிமகன் தனது உணவை இந்தியாவில் எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் எடுத்து சென்று சாப்பிடலாம். விவேகானந்தா கேந்திராவில் அசைவம் சாப்பிடக் கூடாது என்று எவனாவது தேச துரோகம் புரிந்தால் செருப்பு கிழியும்.
2. நெல்லை மாவட்டம் கொடியங்குளம் கிராமத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒரு தலித் பக்தர் திருநெல்வேலி நெல்லையப்பர் கோவிலுக்கு சென்று கருவறையில் நுழைந்து அப்பனை பூஜை செய்வார். ஒரு இந்தியன் இந்தியாவில் எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் சென்று நுழைந்து பூஜை செய்வதற்கு உரிமை உண்டு. மறுப்பவர்களை உடண்டியாக தூக்கில் போட வேண்டும். கருணை மனு வெங்காயங்கள் எல்லாம் கிடையாது.
3. ஜனவரி 26 அன்று இந்தியர்களின் உரிமையை நிலைநாட்டும் பொருட்டு மதுரை மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பெண்கள் சபரி மலைக்கு சென்று ஐயப்பன் கோவிலில் வழிபாடு செய்வார்கள். எந்தக் கபோதியாவது தடுத்தால் துடப்பக்கட்டை பிஞ்சு போகும்.
4. 26 அன்று பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட சாதியைச் சேர்ந்த விவசாயிகள் அருப்புக் கோட்டையில் ஏக்கர் கணக்கில் நிலம் வைத்திருக்கும் நாயுடுகளிடமிருந்து நிலத்தை தேசபக்த்தியோடு கைப்பற்றி இந்தியனாகப் பிறந்த எவருக்கும் இந்தியாவில் நிலம் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்ற உரிமையை நிலைநாட்டுவார்கள். இல்லை என்று சொன்னால் இரட்டை ஆயுள் தண்டனை.
5. இந்த பொன்னாளில் திருச்சி ஸ்ரீரங்கத்தில் இருக்கும் அய்யங்கார் அக்ரகாரத்திற்கு பெண் கேட்டு சமயபுரத்தை சேர்ந்த பறையர்களாக இருக்கும் தலித்துகள் செல்வார்கள். இந்தியாவில் பிறக்கும் எவரும் எவரையும் மணப்பதற்கு உரிமை உண்டு. அதன்படி தலித்துக்களின் மண உரிமையை யாராவது மறுத்தால் அவர்களை பாக்கிஸ்தானுக்கு நாடு கடத்த வேண்டும்.
6. கோயம்புத்தூர் கொங்கு வேளாளக் கவுண்டர்களது மாளிகைகளுக்கு ஜனவரி 26 அன்று அருந்ததி இளைஞர்கள் பெண் பார்த்து மணம் முடிப்பதற்கு வருவார்கள். கூட வரும் நகர சுத்தி வேலை செய்யும் அவர்களது பெற்றோர்கள் முறைப்படி பேசுவார்கள். ” பீ அள்ளுற சக்கிலிப் பயலுக்கு கவுண்டன் பொண்ணு கேக்குதா” என்று எவனாவது சவுண்டு விட்டால் அவனது நாக்கை அங்கேயே அறுப்போம். இல்லையேல் இந்தியாவில் சமத்துவ உரிமை இல்லை என்றாகிவிடும். என்ன இருந்தாலும் இந்திய தேசபக்தி முக்கியமில்லையா!
7. நமது சிவனடியார் ஆறுமுகசாமியை சங்கர மடத்தில் சங்கராச்சாரி ஆக்குவதற்கு இதே 26 அன்று பெரும் ஊர்வலத்துடன் காஞ்சிபுரம் வருவோம். எங்கள் சாமியாரின் அர்ப்பணிப்பும், பக்தியும் அந்த பன்னாடை ஜெயேந்திரனது பொம்பிளை பொறுக்கித்தனங்களோடு ஒப்பிட முடியாது. எனவே இந்தியாவில் பிறந்த எவரும் சங்கரமடத்தில் சங்கராச்சாரியாக ஆக முடியும் என்ற உரிமையை நிலை நாட்ட அன்றைக்கு வந்தே தீருவோம். இதை சங்கரசாச்சாரி மறுத்தால் அவரை மடத்தோடு சேர்த்து இந்திய அரசு சொந்த செலவில் புல்டோசர் வைத்து இடித்து தரைமட்டமாக்க வேண்டும் !
8. இந்தியா குடியரசாக மலர்ந்த இந்த திருநாளில் சென்னை பழைய மகாபலிபுரம் சாலையில் இருக்கும் செம்மஞ்சேரி மக்கள் தமது இருப்பிடத்தைக்காலி செய்து விட்டு மேற்கு மாம்பலம் பார்ப்பனர்கள் வீட்டில் குடியேற வேண்டும். பதிலுக்கு மேற்கு மாம்பலம் பார்ப்பனர்களை சைதாப்பேட்டை கூவத்தின் கரையில் குடிசைகளை போட்டு குடியேற வைக்க வேண்டும். இந்த எக்ஸ்சேன்ஞ் மேளா மூலம்தான் உண்மையான சமத்துவத்தை இந்தியாவில் படைக்க முடியும். மறுப்பவர்களை காஷ்மீரிலோ அல்லது மணிப்பூருக்கோ நாடு கடத்த வேண்டும்.
9. இந்த உன்னதமான நாளில் இந்தியாவிலேயே பணக்கார வசதிகளோடு வாழும் காஷ்மீர் பண்டிட் அகதிகளை டெல்லியிலிருந்து காலி செய்து கும்மிடிப்பூண்டி முகாமில் உள்ள ஈழ முகாமிற்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். அதே போல அந்த முகாமில் உள்ள அகதிகளை டெல்லியில் உள்ள ஹடெக் பண்டிட்களின் குடியிருப்புக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இப்படித்தான் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அகதிகளின் உரிமையில் கூட நாம் சமத்துவத்தை கொண்டு வரமுடியும். மறுப்பவர்கள் ராமேஸ்வரம் கடலில் இறக்கிவிட வேண்டும் அதற்கு மேல் ராஜபக்சேவின் சிங்கள கடற்படை உரிமையோடு பார்த்துகொள்ளும்.
10. பெங்களூருவில் உள்ள விஜய் மல்லையாவின் கிங் பிஷர் ஆலையை இனிமேல் அதே ஊரில் உள்ள ஒரு செருப்பு தைக்கும் தொழிலாளி எடுத்து நடத்துவார். பதிலுக்கு மல்லையா இனி செருப்பு தைத்து தனது வாழ்க்கையை ஓட்ட வேண்டும். இந்தியாவில் உள்ள எல்லாரும் எல்லாத் தொழில்களையும் பாகுபாடு இல்லாமல் செய்யும் உரிமையை இதன் மூலம் நிரூபிக்கமுடியும்.

Kashmir is an integral part of India. What is wrong in hoisting national flag there. If BJP can do that it is their choice.Why does that upset you.
Just as you can hoist your organization’s flag anywhere in India they also can hoist national flag at Srinagar. There is nothing illegal in that.

தமிழன் நிலம் இல்லாமல் இருக்கிறான் ஆனால் வந்தேறிகள் தமிழ் நாட்டின் நிரந்தர பச்சை பகுதிகளான பவானி ஆற்றங்கரை, தேனீ கம்பம் போன்ற இடங்களில் பல்லாயிரம் ஏக்கர்களை ஆக்கிரமித்துள்ளார்கள்.
7வது சரியான ஒன்று. இன்று வரை காஞ்சி சங்கரமடம் ஒரு சாராரின் கூடாரமாகவே உள்ளது. அதுவும் கர்நாடகவை சார்ந்தவர்களின். ஆனால் ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக அனைத்து கோரிக்கையையும் பார்க்கும் பொழுது இது வெறும் வாய்சவடலாகவே பார்க்க தோன்றுகிறது.

I would like to add one more question on my postings…if “vinavu” can question on preparing fish curry inside a temple – then I don’t have any objection because we in our village temple do sacrifice of all crawling, flying & walking things (except humans)…my question is many mosques in India are built on lands previously belonged to low caste Hindus like me, so will they allow me to prepare PORK inside a mosque??? if they can – then I will be the first one to enter inside a big ‘vegetarian’ 🙂 temple with fish to offer my sacrifice to god….

The plight of the Pandits has only worsened because they have been
used as pawns in the game which the various rulers and different
political formations have played in Srinagar and New Delhi. Mr
Jagmohan, now a BJP MP, encouraged the Pandits to leave the Valley
when he became governor of the state for the second time. Jammu
and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah has confirmed this. Mr
Jagmohan gave the Pandits air tickets, provided them with transport
and arranged financial and other help to ensure their journey to
Jammu. It was as if he wanted them to be out of the way to be able
to deal with militants. Did he want to communalise the situation,
plan to use the Pandits one day against the Hurriyat’s demand for
independence? Whatever the reason, his rough methods provided a
spark to an already combustible situation.
Not many Pandits were willing to leave their homes, hearths and
neighbourhoods, where they had lived for years with the Kashmiri
Muslims. But most of them were assured that they could return after
the situation was brought under control. So good was their equation
with their Muslim neighbours that they entrusted their lands and
shops to them. Pandits in government service readily used the
opportunity to get transferred to Jammu. At no time did the Pandits
realise that their departure from the Valley would end the
prospects of their early return .

Migration of Kashmiri Pandits was very unfortunate and onus of migration lies on Kashmiri majority population but not completely. Responsibility of migration of Kashmiri Pandits also lies on Indian state which inspite of providing assistance to Kashmiris in valley provide vehicles to leave the valley. Majority community of Kashmir had the responsibility to provide security to minorities during 90s but they failed to accomplish that responsibility. Many families of Sikhs and Hindus are still residing in Kashmir but they were not forced to migrate when militancy was at its peak in Kashmir. Kashmiri separatist leaders still consider Kashmiri Pandits as the integral part of their culture and visited Kashmiri pandits camps in Jammu.

பாகிசுதானில் இசுலாமிய மதவெறியர்கள் நடத்தும் குண்டு வெடிப்பு தாக்குதல்களில் அகமதியா முசுலிம்கள் மட்டுமல்ல மைய நீரோட்ட முசுலிம்கள் ஏராளமானோரும் கொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர். அங்கு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட கிறித்துவ பெண்ணுக்கு ஆதரவாக உயிரை பணயம் போராடுவதும் முசுலிம்கள்தான்.அவ்வாறு அப்பெண்ணுக்கு ஆதரவாக நின்ற காரணத்தினால்தான் சல்மான் தசீர் கொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

This type of attitude and staying in a bunch saved this community being thrown out of their home land and on the other hand the Pundits population was stretched through out the valley and that is the reason they where very easily been wiped out…

But the issue is – among the Islamic world the religious extremists and fanatics are in larger proportion – especially in the Pakistan, if you just watch some of their news programs you will know how deep rooted the Islamic extremism in Pakistan, we can’t remove the extremism from a society completely but you can keep it under control if the major portion of a civil society not support the extremism…most of the terror attacks and plans happened all over the world in past few years all of them have connection with Pakistan!!!…

The reason the villagers give for diverting the water is – how on earth we can see the water pass thorough our village and our crops getting burnt in sun with out water – now the same way the Karnataka farmers will be thinking, because in our area the people who stop us from getting water belongs to my same Nadar community!!! but they are least bothered about others when he thinks his family will go hunger if the water is sent to lower reach villges…So to solve the water problem in India only solution will be linking the rivers – but sadly the current politicians of India don’t have the conviction or vision like the great leader Kamaraj to make such massive projects happen…
This message is irrelevant to our discussion but still i included because the water issue can be solved if the leaders have vision “Major irrigation schemes were planned in Kamaraj’s period . Lower Bhavani, Mani Muthuar , Cauvery Delta , Aarani River , Vaigai Dam , Amravathi , Sathanur , Krishnagiri , Pullambadi , Parambikulam and Neyaru Dams were among them” all this projects his government was able to do in just 15 years of rule and that too with very little resource….

பி.ஜெ.பி காஸ்மீரில் இந்திய தேசிய கொடியை ஏற்றவது ஒன்றும் பெரிய விசியமல்ல. ஒரு ஸ்டண்ட் என்றாலும், அது யாருடைய உரிமையையும் பாதிக்கப் போவதில்லை. இக்கட்டுரையாளருக்கு அடிப்படை உரிமைகள் என்றால் என்னவென்று புரியவில்லை. பிறருடைய அடிப்படை உரிமைகளை பாதிக்கும் உரிமை யாருக்கும் இல்லை.
இந்திய சட்டப்படி இன்று கோயில் கருவறைக்குள் பிராமண பூசாரிகள் மட்டும் தான் பூசை செய்ய அனுமதி. எல்லா பிரமணர்களுக்கும் அனுமதி அல்ல. அதில் ஒரு உட்பிரிவினர் மட்டும் தான் இந்த தொழில் செய்ய அனுமதி. (ஆனால் வட இந்திய கோயில்களில் அனைத்து மக்களும் கருவறை வரை சென்று லிங்கத்திற்க்கு அபிசேகம் செய்யலாம்). சட்டத்தை ஜனனாயக முறைபடி மாற்றிய பின், அனைத்து இந்துக்களுக்கும் பெரிய கோவில்களில் பூசாரிகளாக பணியாற்ற தடையில்லை. எம்மை பொருத்த வரை இது ஒரு வீண் வேலை. பெரும்பாலான அர்ச்சகர்கள் பெரிய வருமானம் இல்லாமல் தான் உள்ளனர். ஒரு சிலர் மட்டும் கொழிக்கின்றனர். உருப்படியான வேறு நல்ல வேலைகள் உள்ளன.
காஸ்மீர்கள் தனிநாடு கேட்பதெல்லாம் சரிதான். அது அவர்களின் அடிப்படை உரிமை.
ஆனால் இந்தியா அதற்க்கு ஒப்புக்கொண்டு, தம் படைகளை வாபஸ் வாங்கி, தனி நாடு கோரிக்கையை அனுமதித்தாலும், பாகிஸ்தான் காஸ்மீரை விடாது. உடனே ஆக்கிரமித்து, இன்றை நிலைமையை விட படு மோசமான அடக்குமுறையை கையாளும். அவர்களுக்கு அடிப்படை ஜனனாயகம் என்றால் என்னவென்று தெரியாது.
ஆனால் ஜம்முவை தனியாக பிரித்துவிட்டு, காஸ்மீரை அய்.நா விடம் ஒப்படைத்து, நேரு அளித்த வாக்குரிதிபடி, அங்கு ஒரு பொது வாக்கெடும் நடத்த ஆவண செய்ய வேண்டும். அதுதான் நியாமானது மற்றும் விவேகமானது.
காஸ்மீர் தனி நாடானால், அன்னிய செலவாணி மற்றும் பெர்டோலிய பொருட்கள் இல்லாமல் விரைவில் திவாலாகி, பிச்சை எடுப்பார்கள். பாக்கிஸ்தானால் ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்டால், இன்றைய நிலையை விட படு மோசமான சர்வாதிகார, மதவாத அரசால் நசுக்கப்படுவார்கள். But that is not our problem. and it will be wiser for India to abandon Kashmir (and the North eastern states) to their wishes. that is the real meaning of federalism and liberal democracy. but all this is wishful thinking….
If today this is allowed then tomorrow Nadan, Tevan, Pallan, Parayan, Papan, Vannian etc etc… all will ask separate country and will kick out other community out of their locality like our Islamic brothers have done to the Hindus and Sikhs in Kashmir…any type of separatist attitude can be dealt accordingly if we have the will…see what is happening in China, in Kashmir we have a population of Muslims less then 50 lacks but on the other hand in China Xinjiang province they have a Muslim population of more then 4 crores and it’s a huge province, but they where easily able to neutralize the threat of Islamist – Just fallow what China is doing with their separatist problem and all will fall in line….

and make Brahmins eat it.

3. For a change in 1400 years, let only one muslim lady marry 4 men at a time.
The Hindu lady Draupadhi married five men long ago, and her mother-in-law had sons by four males other than her husband, why not let a good Hindu woman of ‘high birth’ give the lead.
4. For one single day all those muslims who earn money in “haraam” ways (selling alcohol, pimping, selling pirated goods) stop their business and return to allah.
Let us extend it to all non-muslims including some caste-Hindus that we know who thrive on ‘haraam’ business.
5. Let my Dalit friend marry his muslim girlfriend first.
That is a matter for your Dalit friend. If she loves him they will find a way. What is your problem?
6. Let my friends who love girls of brahmin, christians, muslims etc can marry anyone they wish. One of my friend is dalit, he can’t even marry his girlfriend who is also dalit. Both are educated family.
You should learn to write in clearer language.!
7. Declare Periyar as the final prophet of India and announce athiesm as the only approved religion. Demolish all temples and their nude sexy gods along with five-times shouting mosques.
If that is your wish, there are enough people in the DK who will join you.!
8. For one day all hindus should grow beard and all muslims should shave beard.
You have to find a hair tonic to grow beards in a day.
9. For one day muslims should not pronounce any arabic word (including names) and should not face a foreign city (mecca) to worship.
And Hindus should not pronounce any word of Sanskrit origin.
10. Vinavu should go and clean at least 10 toilets in chennai, those who do that job will write blog on that day.

As you seem to prefer practice over theory, unlike the likes of us, when will you put your ten ideas as amended into practice? You could start with your electorate of Caste Hindus.
By constantly targeting Muslims, you are only deflecting attention from the real curse namely Brahminist caste-based ideology dominating South Asia. (Even non-Hindus like Jains and Buddhists are infected by it, the Muslims far less).
I agree with your implied view that no communist can make headway in S. Asia without addressing that issue as well as combat the instinctively fascist Hindutva. (It targets the Muslim community the way fascists targeted Jews and neo-fascists target blacks including Asians) .
