Fascist Trump’s fanatic pursuit of hegemony!
US President Trump, who launched an attack on Venezuela, has abducted Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife. He has stated that Maduro and his wife will be tried in a New York court. People’s Power Party strongly condemns this.
For the past few weeks, the United States had been continuously imposing various economic sanctions and arms embargo on Venezuela. A few weeks ago, US President Trump declared Venezuela’s government as ‘illegitimate’ and had been continuously attacking commercial and oil tankers originating from Venezuela.
The US economy is continuously declining, sliding towards the abyss. The fascist Trump administration is trying to sustain its economy by plundering Venezuela’s oil resources. The recent statement that the US will now govern Venezuela is extremely dangerous. Moreover, the fascist Trump administration has undertaken a perilous action that could trigger another world war.
The actions of fascist Trump were against the people of the US and against immigrant communities.
This attack on Venezuela, which has consistently fought and spoken out against the US aggression and fascist actions, is an attack on the people of the world.
