166 பேரைப் படுகொலை செய்த, பிரபலமாக அறியப்பட்ட 26/11 மும்பை பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதலை நடத்திய பத்து பாகிஸ்தான் பயங்கரவாதிகளில் உயிருடன் பிடிபட்டவரான முகம்மது அஜ்மல் அமீர் கசாப், கடந்த 21/11 அன்று முற்றிலும் இரகசியமாக இந்திய அரசால் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டார். இதை, மும்பை பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதலில் கொல்லப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மரியாதை செலுத்தியும், நினைவுகூர்ந்தும், பட்டாசு வெடித்தும், இனிப்பு வழங்கியும் பலவாறாக நாடே கொண்டாடியது. மும்பை பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதலில் கொல்லப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு நீதி வழங்கப்பட்டது; பயங்கரவாதத்துக்குப் பதிலடி கொடுத்தாகிட்டது; இந்தியச் சட்டம், நீதி அமைப்பின் சிறப்பு நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது; பயங்கரவாதக் குற்றவாளிக்குக் கூட சட்டபூர்வமான எல்லா வாய்ப்புகளும் வழங்கிய இந்திய ஜனநாயகத்தின் மேன்மை உலகுக்கு மீண்டும் தெளிவாகியுள்ளது” என்று கூறி கசாப் தூக்கு பற்றி பலரும் பெருமிதம் கொள்கின்றனர்.
கசாப் தூக்கை வரவேற்பவர்களிலேயே இன்னொரு பிரிவினரும் உள்ளனர். கசாப்பைத் தூக்கிலிட்டதன் மூலம் பாதி நீதியைத்தான் நிலைநாட்டியிருக்கிறோம். பாகிஸ்தானில் பாதுகாப்பாக வாழும் பயங்கரவாதக் தலைமைக் குற்றவாளிகளின் கருவிதான், கசாப். 26/11 மும்பை பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதலைத் திட்டமிட்டு, பயிற்சி, நிதி, ஆயுதங்கள் கொடுத்து ஏவிவிட்ட அக்குற்றவாளிகளைக் கொண்டுவந்து அல்லது அங்கேயே தாக்குதல்கள் நடத்திக் கொல்லப்பட்டால்தான் மும்பையில் பலியானவர்களுக்கு முழுமையான நீதி வழங்கியதாகும். கசாப்பை உடனடியாகத் தூக்கிலிடாமலும், பிற குற்றவாளிகள் மீது தாக்குதல் தொடுக்காமல் தாமதிப்பதும், கசாப்பை சிறையில் வைத்துப் பராமரிப்பதற்கு பல கோடி செலவு செய்ததும் தவறுதான் என்றும் பலர் கொந்தளிக்கிறார்கள். இந்திய நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் மீது பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல் நடத்தியதாகக் கூறி தூக்குத் தண்டனை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அப்சல் குருவை இனியும் தாமதமின்றித் தூக்கிலிட வேண்டும் என்று கோருகின்றனர்.
இவ்வாறு கசாப்பின் தூக்கை வரவேற்றுக் கொண்டாடுபவர்கள், பாகிஸ்தான் மீதான பதிலடிக்கும் தாக்குதலுக்கும் ஏங்குபவர்கள்தான் தேச பக்தர்கள்; இதற்கு மாற்றுக் கருத்துடையவர்கள் எல்லாம் தேசத்துரோகிகள் என்ற கருத்து அரசாலும், ஆளும் கட்சிகள் – எதிர்க்கட்சிகளாலும், ஊடகங்களாலும் உருவாக்கப்படுகிறது. மாற்றுக் கருத்துக் கொண்டவர்களும் பரப்புபவர்களும் பாசிச முறையில் மிரட்டப்படுகின்றனர். அதையும் மீறுபவர்கள் அச்சத்துடன் கூடிய மழுப்பலைக் கவசமாக அணிந்து கொள்கிறார்கள். மரண தண்டனையையே எதிர்ப்பது என்ற மனிதாபிமான வாதத்துக்குள் புகுந்து கொள்கிறார்கள். குடியரசுத் தலைவர் தக்க காரணம் கூறாமல் அவசரகதியில் கசாப்பின் கருணை மனுவை நிராகரித்து விட்டார்; அதன் பிறகும் மேல்முறையீடு செய்வதற்கான கசாப்பின் சட்ட உரிமை மறுக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது; முற்றிலும் இரகசியமாக வைத்துத் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டது தவறு; 26/11 தாக்குதலுக்கான ஒரே சாட்சியமாக இருந்தவரை, அதுவும் பாகிஸ்தானில் நடக்கும் வழக்கு விசாரணை முடியும் முன்பு தூக்கிலிட்டு அழித்தது தவறு; வரும் குஜராத் தேர்தலில் ஆதாயம் தேடிக் கொள்வதற்காகவும், சில்லறை வர்த்தகத்தில் அந்நிய முதலீடு முதலிய தேசத்துரோகச் செயல்கள் மீதான எதிர்ப்பிலிருந்து திசைதிருப்பவும் ஆளும் கூட்டணி உள்நோக்கத்தோடு அவசர அவசரமாகச் செயல்பட்டு விட்டது” – இப்படிப்பட்ட மழுப்பலான மாற்றுக் கருத்துக்கள்தாம் சொல்லப்படுகின்றன.
ஆனால், கசாப்பின் தூக்கை வரவேற்றுக் கொண்டாடுவது மற்றும் அதற்குப் பதிலாக மழுப்பலான மாற்றுக் கருத்துக்களைக் கொள்வது- இரண்டில் இருந்தும் முற்றிலும் மாறாக, நாடும் மக்களும் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டிய வேறு சில உண்மைகள் உள்ளன.
கசாப் தூக்கிலிட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டதற்கு நான்கு நாட்களுக்கு முன்புதான் மும்பை சிவசேனாவின் நிறுவனரும் தளபதியுமான பாலாசாகேப் கேசவ் தாக்கரே அனைத்துக் கட்சித் தலைவர்கள், அரசு – அரசாங்கத் தலைவர்கள், அனைத்துப் பிரிவு ஊடகப் பிரபலங்களின் புகழஞ்சலியோடும் அனைத்து அரசு மரியாதைகளுடனும் இறுதிச் சடங்கு நடத்தி, எரியூட்டப்பட்டார். கசாப் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டது, பால் தாக்கரே இயற்கை மரணமடைந்து அரசு மரியாதையுடன் இறுதிச்சடங்கு நடத்தி எரியூட்டப்பட்டது – இவை இரண்டும் தொடர்பே இல்லாத, வேறுவேறு நிகழ்வுகளாக, ஒப்பீடு செய்யாது தனித்தனியே கருதத்தக்கவை அல்ல. கசாப், 26/11 மும்பைத் தாக்குதலை நடத்திய பாகிஸ்தான் – இசுலாமியப் பயங்கரவாதக் கும்பலில் ஒருவன்; ஆனால், பால் தாக்கரே மும்பையில் நடந்த பல படுகொலைகளுக்குக் காரணமான இந்திய ‘இந்து’ மத, சாதி, இனவெறி பயங்கரவாதக் கும்பலின் தலைவர்; ஒரு கிரிமினல் குற்றக்கும்பலின் மூளையாகச் செயல்பட்டவர்.
மும்பையில் காலூன்றுவதற்காக, நூற்றுக்கணக்கான தென்னிந்தியர்களைக் கொன்று, அவர்களின் சொத்துக்களைச் சூறையாடியது சிவசேனா பாசிசப் படை; தொழிற்சங்கங்களைக் கைப்பற்றுவதற்காக வலது கம்யூனிஸ்டு சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினரையும் பல தொழிற்சங்க முன்னணியாளர்களையும் ஈவிரக்கமின்றிக் கொன்றது; மும்பை சினிமா மற்றும் நிழல் உலகைத் தன் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்குள் கொண்டு வருவதற்காக, தாவூத் இப்ராகிம் கும்பலுக்குப் போட்டியாக அருண் காவ்லி தலைமையிலான கிரிமினல் குற்றக்கும்பலை வளர்த்து, உருட்டல் மிரட்டல், மாமூல் வசூல் முதல் தாக்குதல்கள், படுகொலைகளைச் செய்தது; மண்டல் இடஒதுக்கீடு எதிர்ப்பு மற்றும் மரத்வாடா பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு அம்பேத்கர் பெயரிடுவதை எதிர்த்து ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட, தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட மக்கள் பலரை நடுத்தெருவில் வெட்டிச் சாய்த்தது; அயோத்தி-பாபரி மசூதியை இடிப்பதற்கு ஒரு பயங்கரவாத கும்பலை ஏவியதோடு, 1992-இல் இரண்டு மாதங்கள் மும்பையைத் தனது சர்வாதிகார-பாசிச படையால் கைப்பற்றிக் கொண்டு, ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட இசுலாமியர்களை வெட்டியும் உயிரோடு எரித்தும் கொன்றது. இதற்கெல்லாம் மூளையாக விளங்கியவர் பால்தாக்கரே.
இவையெல்லாம் ஆதாரமற்ற குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கள் அல்ல; இக்குற்றங்களுக்காக 16 கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள் நீதிமன்றங்களில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு பா.ஜ.க. மற்றும் காங்கிரசுத் தலைமை கூட்டாளிகளின் சதியால் பின்னர் முடக்கப்பட்டன. இவற்றுக்கான ஆதாரங்கள் பால் தாக்கரே மரணமடைந்த அன்றைய நாளில் எல்லா நாளேடுகளிலும் காணக்கிடக்கின்றன. 26/11 மும்பை பயங்கரவாதப் படுகொலைகளில் பங்கேற்றதற்காக கசாப் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டான், முப்பதாண்டுகளாக பல படுகொலைகளை நடத்தி அதே மும்பையை ஆட்டிப் படைத்த பால்தாக்கரே இயற்கையாக மரணமடைய விடப்பட்டதோடு அரசு மரியாதை இறுதிச் சடங்கு பெற்றார்.
கசாப் பகை நாடாகிய பாகிஸ்தான் பயங்கரவாதி, பால் தாக்கரே நமது சொந்த நாடாகிய இந்தியப் பயங்கரவாதி என்பதால் மட்டும் இந்த வேறுபாடு இல்லை! அவர் ஒரு இசுலாமியப் பயங்கரவாதி. இவர் ஒரு “இந்து” பயங்கரவாதி என்பதாலும் இந்த வேறுபட்ட அணுகுமுறை. ஆயிரக்கணக்கான இசுலாமியரைக் கொன்ற “இந்து” பயங்கரவாதி மோடிக்கு என்ன தண்டனை தரப்பட்டது? ஐதராபாத் மசூதி, அஜ்மீர் தர்க்கா, சம்ஜவ்தா விரைவு வண்டி, மலேகான் மசூதி குண் டுவெடிப்புகளை நடத்திய இந்து பயங்கரவாதிகள் பல ஆண்டுகளாகத் தண்டனை ஏதுமின்றி, அரசு விருந்தினர்களாகத் தானே உள்ளனர். இந்தப் பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல்களுக்கும் இசுலாமியர்கள்தாம் காரணமென்று கூறிப் பல இசுலாமிய இளைஞர்களைப் பிடித்து, சித்திரவதை செய்து, சிறையில் அடைத்துத் தண்டித்து வருகிறது, இந்திய அரசு.
1996-ஆம் ஆண்டு டெல்லி லஜ்பத் நகர் சந்தை குண்டுவெடிப்பு வழக்கில் தூக்குத் தண்டனை பெற்றிருந்த இசுலாமிய இளைஞர்கள் இருவரை நிரபராதிகள் என 14 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, கசாப் தூக்கிலிட்ட இரண்டாவது நாள் உயர் நீதிமன்றம் விடுவித்தது. அதற்குள் இதே வழக்கில் அவர்களில் ஒருவரின் சகோதரர் செய்யாத குற்றத்திற்காக ஆயுள் தண்டனை முடிந்து விடுதலையாகி விட்டார். மரண தண்டனையிலிருந்து தப்பியவரை, இராஜஸ்தான் குண்டுவெடிப்பில் சிக்க வைத்து இன்னமும் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். இதற்கு முந்தைய மாதம்தான் பதினோரு இசுலாமிய “தடா” கைதிகளை உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் நிரபராதிகள் என விடுவித்தது. இதுதான் இந்தியச் சட்டம், நீதி! கசாப் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டவுடன், “ஆதாரம் இல்லை என்றாலும், தேசத்தின் உணர்வை மதித்துத் தூக்குத் தண்டனை வழங்கப்படுவதாக” உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பளித்துள்ளதால், நாடாளுமன்றத் தாக்குதல் வழக்கில் அப்சல் குருவைத் தூக்கிலிட வேண்டுமென பார்ப்பன மதவெறி பாசிச பயங்கரவாதக் கும்பல் கூச்சலிடுகிறது.
இத்தகைய தேசிய உணர்வு, தேசபக்தி உண்மையானதா? நேர்மையானதா? அவசியமானதா? அறிவியல்பூர்வமானதா? இதுதான் மதவெறி பயங்கரவாத எதிர்ப்பா? ஒழிப்பா? இல்லை. இத்தகைய போக்கினால் இங்கே இந்து மதவெறியையும் அங்கே இசுலாமிய மதவெறியையும் தூபமிட்டு ஆதாயம் அடைகின்றன, இருநாட்டு ஆளும் கும்பல்கள். இதனால் ஒன்றுக்கொன்று பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல்களை நடத்தி, பகைமையையும் வெறுப்பையும் அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு முன்தள்ளி, சுருள் வளர்ச்சி முறையில் மேலும் உயர்த்துவதாகவே முடியும்.

According to the SriKrishna report, the immediate causes of the communal riots on 6 December 1992 were:
(a) the demolition of Babri Masjid,
(b) the aggravation of Muslim sentiments by the Hindus with their celebration rallies and

And issues between Hindutva,Missionaries & Mullahs has been there for a very long time.
Are you telling me that UP overwhelmingly votes for BJP right during the Babri Masjid demolition.
Do you know that Sardar Patel demolished a mosque in Somnath and built a temple there.
Do you know that amongst the great masjids of India,Babri Masjid is amongst the least cared for masjids in India.
The issue has been running for a very longtime.
But the riots in Mumbai and the bomb blasts have nothing to do with that.It is just Dawood’s way of trying to dominate Mumbai.
