கடந்த பிப்ரவரி மாதம் ஹைதராபாத் நகரில், தில்சுக் நகர் எனுமிடத்தில் நடந்த குண்டுவெடிப்பில் 16 பேர் இறந்துபோனார்கள்; ஏறத்தாழ நூறு பேர் படுகாயமடைந்தனர். இந்தக் குண்டு வெடிப்பு தொடர்பாக விசாரணை தொடங்கும் முன்பே, இன்னும் சொல்லப்போனால் குண்டுவெடிப்பில் இறந்து போனவர்களையும் காயமடைந்தவர்களையும் அப்புறப்படுத்தும் முன்னரே, “அப்சல் குரு தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டதற்குப் பழி தீர்த்துக் கொள்வதற்காகவே இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பு நடத்தப்பட்டதாகவும்; இந்தியன் முஜாஹிதீன் என்ற முசுலீம் தீவிரவாத அமைப்புதான் இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பை நடத்தியதாகவும்” மைய அரசு, மாநில அரசு, போலீசு, உளவுத் துறை, பத்திரிகைகள், தொலைக்காட்சி ஊடகங்கள் என அனைத்து நிறுவனங்களும் ஒரே குரலில் அடித்துக் கூறின.
ஆனால், இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பு நடந்து ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு மேலாகிவிட்ட பின்னும் இக்குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கு ஆதாரமாக ஒரு துரும்பைக்கூட போலீசாலும் உளவு நிறுவனங்களாலும் காட்ட முடியவில்லை. இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பு குறித்து தற்பொழுது போலீசிடமும் உளவுத் துறையிடமும் இருப்பதெல்லாம் ஏதாவதொரு முசுலீம் தீவிரவாதி அமைப்பு இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பை நடத்தியிருக்கலாம் என்ற சந்தேகம் மட்டும்தான். இப்படியொரு சந்தேகம் கொள்வதற்குக்கூட அதனிடம் வலுவான ஆதாரங்கள் கிடையாது. மாறாக, நாடெங்கும் போலீசுத் துறையிடம் ஊறிப்போயுள்ள முசுலீம் எதிர்ப்பு இந்து மதவெறி அரசியல் அடிப்படையிலிருந்து மட்டுமே இந்த முடிவுக்கு வந்துள்ளனர்.
இது காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சி காரணமாக போலீசு மீது சுமத்தப்படும் அபாண்டமான குற்றச்சாட்டு அல்ல. “ஏதாவது தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதல் நடந்தால், அது முசுலீம்களின் வேலையாகத்தான் இருக்கும்; அந்த முசுலீம் இந்தியன் முஜாஹிதீன் அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்தவனாகத்தான் இருப்பான். இந்தியன் முஜாஹிதீன் அமைப்பு பாகிஸ்தானின் ஐ.எஸ்.ஐ., உத்தரவுப்படிதான் இயங்கியிருக்கும் என்றுதான் தற்பொழுது போலீசு சிந்திப்பதாக” ராமன் என்ற முன்னாள் உளவுத்துறை அதிகாரி கூறியிருப்பதை முன்னாள் உச்ச நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதியும் பிரஸ் கவுன்சில் தலைவருமான மார்க்கண்டேய கட்ஜுவும் எடுத்துக்காட்டியிருக்கிறார்.
எனினும், ஆந்திர மாநில போலீசோ தனது சந்தேகத்தை மட்டுமே முன்னிறுத்தி இக்குண்டு வெடிப்பு தொடர்பாக பல அப்பாவி முசுலீம் இளைஞர்களைச் சட்டவிரோதமாகக் கைது செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகிறது. இந்த அப்பாவி முசுலீம் இளைஞர்களுள் முப்பத்திரண்டு வயதான முகம்மது ரயீசுதினும் ஒருவர்.
ஆந்திர போலீசார் ரயீசுதினைத் தீவிரவாதி என முத்திரை குத்தி வேட்டையாடுவது இது முதன் முறையல்ல. 2007-ஆம் ஆண்டு ஹைதராபாத் நகரில் நடந்த தொடர் குண்டு வெடிப்பு வழக்கிலும் ரயீசுதின் ஹைதராபாத் நகர போலீசாரால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுச் சிறையில் தள்ளப்பட்டார். இரண்டு ஆண்டு சிறைவாசத்திற்குப் பின் நீதிமன்றம் அவரைக் குற்றமற்றவர் எனக் கூறி விடுதலை செய்தது. பொய் வழக்கின் கீழ் கைது செய்யப்பட்டதால் ஆந்திர மாநில அரசு ரயீசுதினுக்கு நட்ட ஈடு வழங்கியது. ஆனாலும், போலீசு ரயீசுதினைத் தீவிரவாதிகள் பட்டியலில் வைத்தே கண்காணித்து வருகிறது. ரயீசுதின், தில்சுக் நகரில் நடந்த குண்டுவெடிப்பில் எதிர்பாராதவிதமாகச் சிக்கிக் காயமடைந்ததையே காரணமாகக் காட்டி, குண்டு வைக்க போனபொழுது அவர் காயமடைந்திருக்கலாம் என்ற கதையைக் கட்டி, அவரைச் சந்தேகத்தின் பேரில் சட்டவிரோதமாகத் தூக்கிச் சென்று விசாரணை நடத்தியது, ஹைதராபாத் போலீசு.
முசுலீம் இளைஞர்களை போலீசு வேட்டையாட, ஏதாவதொரு குண்டு வெடிப்போ அல்லது தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதலோ நடக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கட்டாயம்கூட இப்பொழுது அருகிவிட்டது. போலீசும் உளவுத்துறையும் தாங்கள் இயங்கி வருகிறோம் எனக் கணக்குக் காட்டுவதற்கே, முசுலீம் தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதல் பீதியைக் கிளப்பிவிடுவதையும்; தாங்கள் கிளப்பிவிடும் பீதியையே ஆதாரமாகக் காட்டி முசுலீம் இளைஞர்களைக் குறிவைத்துத் தூக்குவதையும் வாடிக்கையாகக் கொண்டுள்ளன.
பெங்களூரூ நகர போலீசு கடந்த ஆகஸ்டு மாதம் பெங்களூரூ மற்றும் ஹூப்ளியில் 15 முசுலீம் இளைஞர்களை வீடு புகுந்து கைது செய்தது. பெங்களூரூ போலீசார் கொடுத்த தகவலின் அடிப்படையில் மகாராஷ்டிரா போலீசார் நான்டேட் நகரைச் சேர்ந்த 4 இளைஞர்களைக் கைது செய்தனர். “இந்த 19 இளைஞர்களும் பாகிஸ்தானைச் சேர்ந்த லஷ்கர்-இ-தொபா மற்றும் ஹர்கத்-உல்-ஜிஹாத்-அல்-இஸ்லாமி என்ற இரு தீவிரவாத அமைப்புகளைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்; கர்நாடகாவைச் சேர்ந்த முக்கியமான அரசியல் தலைவர்களையும் பத்திரிகையாளர்களையும் கொல்லும் திட்டத்தோடு இவர்கள் இயங்கி வந்தனர். இக்கும்பலைச் சேர்ந்த ஹகீன் ஜமாதார், ஷோயிப் அகமது ஆகிய இருவரையும் நாங்கள் அவர்கள் அறியாமலேயே வேவு பார்த்து வந்தோம். இந்த இருவரும் ஆகஸ்டு 29 அன்று கன்னட பிரபா பத்திரிகையைச் சேர்ந்த பிரதாப் சிம்ஹா என்ற பத்திரிகையாளரைச் சுட்டுக் கொல்ல முயன்றபோது, நாங்கள் இந்த இருவரையும் அமுக்கிப் பிடித்து விசாரித்து, இந்தக் கும்பலின் திட்டத்தை முறியடித்ததோடு, மற்றவர்களையும் கைது செய்தோம்” – என இந்தக் கைதுகள் குறித்து போலீசு ஒரு சுவாரசியமான கதையை அவிழ்த்துவிட்டது.
போலீசால் கைது செய்யப்பட்ட இந்த 19 இளைஞர்களுள் ஒருவரான அஜஸ் அகமது மிர்ஸா இந்திய இராணுவத்தின் ஆராய்ச்சி அமைப்பில் இளம் ஆராய்ச்சியாளராக வேலை பார்த்து வந்தார்; முத்தி-உர்-ரஹ்மான் சித்திக் டெக்கான் ஹெரால்டு என்ற ஆங்கிலப் பத்திரிகையைச் சேர்ந்த நிருபர்; இரண்டு இளைஞர்கள் முதுகலை மருத்துவ மாணவர்கள்; மற்றொருவர் கணினிப் பொறியாளர்.
இந்த இளைஞர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒரு மாதம் வரை போலீசு காவலில் வைத்து விசாரிக்கப்பட்டனர். எனினும், இவர்கள் குறித்து போலீசு புனைந்த கதைக்கு எந்தவொரு சிறு ஆதாரத்தையும் போலீசால் காட்ட முடியவில்லை. “இவர்களுக்குச் சர்வதேச முசுலீம் தீவிரவாத அமைப்புகளோடு தொடர்பு கிடையாது; தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதல் நடத்தும் திட்டமும் இவர்களிடம் இல்லை” என்ற உண்மையை ஒப்புக்கொள்ள வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்திற்கு பெங்களூரு நகர போலீசு தள்ளப்பட்டது. எனினும், சட்டவிரோதமான முறையில் இந்த இளைஞர்களைக் கைது செய்ததை நியாயப்படுத்துவதற்காக, இந்த இளைஞர்கள் உள்ளூர் தீவிரவாதிகள் எனக் குற்றஞ்சுமத்தியிருக்கிறது, போலீசு.
கர்நாடகா பா.ஜ.க. அரசு புனைந்துள்ள இந்தப் பொய் வழக்கின் விசாரணையைத் தற்பொழுது மைய அரசின் தேசியப் புலனாவு அமைப்பு நடத்தி வருகிறது. இந்த 19 இளைஞர்களுள் 15 பேர் மீது குற்றப் பத்திரிகை தாக்கல் செயப்பட்டுள்ளது. கைது செய்யப்பட்டு ஆறு மாதங்களுக்கு மேலான பிறகும் நான்கு இளைஞர்கள் மீது எந்தவொரு குற்றச்சாட்டையும் சுமத்த முடியாமல் போனதால், அவர்களைக் கடந்த மார்ச் மாதம் நீதிமன்றம் பிணையில் விடுதலை செய்திருக்கிறது.
விடுதலையானவர்களுள் இளம் ஆராய்ச்சியாளரான அஜஸ் அகமது மிர்ஸாவும் ஒருவர். அவர் குற்றமற்றவர் என்ற உண்மை ஏறத்தாழ சந்தேகத்திற்கிடமின்றி நிரூபணமான பிறகும்கூட, இந்திய இராணுவம் அவரைத் திரும்ப வேலைக்கு அமர்த்திக் கொள்ளாமல், அவர் பிணையில் விடுதலையான அதே நாளில் அவரை வேலையிலிருந்து தூக்கியடித்து விட்டது.
இந்து மதவெறிக் கும்பல் நடத்திய குண்டு வெடிப்பு வழக்குகளில் முக்கியக் குற்றவாளியாகக் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள கர்னல் புரோகித் விவகாரத்தில், இந்திய இராணுவம் இதே அளவுகோலைப் பயன்படுத்தவில்லை. இந்திய இராணுவம் கர்னல் புரோகித்தை இன்னமும் பதவியிலிருந்து விலக்காமல், சம்பளம் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒருதலைப்பட்சமான அணுகுமுறையை அம்பலப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறது, ஜமாத் இஸ்லாமி ஹிந்த் என்ற அமைப்பு.
இந்து மதவெறிக் கும்பலின் தளபதியான மோடியின் குஜராத் அரசு மட்டுமல்ல, மதச்சார்பின்மை பேசும் ஓட்டுக்கட்சிகள் ஆளும் மாநில அரசுகள்கூட முசுலீம் தீவிரவாத பீதியைக் கிளப்பி, தம் மனம்போன போக்கில் முசுலீம்களைக் கைது செவதில் மும்மரமாக உள்ளன. அப்சல் குரு தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டதற்கு பழிவாங்கும் விதத்தில் டெல்லி நகரில் குண்டு வைக்கும் நோக்கத்தோடு, பாகிஸ்தானிலிருந்து சட்டவிரோதமான முறையில் டெல்லிக்கு வந்த ஹிஸ்புல் முஜாஹிதீன் தீவிரவாத அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த காஷ்மீரியான லியாகத் என்ற தீவிரவாதியைக் கைது செய்ததோடு, “அவரிடமிருந்து ஏ.கே.47 துப்பாக்கி உள்ளிட்டுப் பல்வேறு வெடிபொருட்களையும் கைப்பற்றியிருப்பதாக” டெல்லி போலீசு சமீபத்தில் அறிவித்தது. ஆனால், டெல்லி போலீசால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள காஷ்மீரைச் சேர்ந்த லியாகத், பாகிஸ்தானிலிருந்து சரணடையும் நோக்கத்தோடுதான் இந்தியாவிற்கு வந்ததாகவும்; தங்கள் மாநில போலீசு அவர் சரணடைவதற்கு அனுமதித்திருப்பதையும் எடுத்துக் கூறி, டெல்லி போலீசின் பித்தலாட்டத்தை காஷ்மீர் மாநில முதல்வர் உமர் அப்துல்லாவே அம்பலப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்.
போலீசும் உளவுத்துறையும் பரிசு, பதவி உயர்வுக்காகவே இது போன்ற பித்தலாட்டங்களில் ஈடுபட்டு, அப்பாவி முசுலீம்களைக் கைது செய்து, பொய் வழக்குகளில் சிக்க வைத்து வதைத்து வருவது அடுத்தடுத்து அம்பலமாகி வந்தாலும், ஆட்சியாளர்களும் நீதிமன்றங்களும் போலீசின் இந்த அதிகார அத்துமீறல்களைக் கண்டித்து ஒரு வார்த்தைகூடப் பேச மறுக்கின்றனர். முசுலீம் இளைஞர்கள் சட்டவிரோதமான முறையில் பொய் வழக்குகளில் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு, நீண்ட காலம் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு வருவது குறித்து சி.பி.எம். நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் பாசுதேவ் ஆச்சாரியா எழுப்பிய கேள்விக்கு, “மைய அரசிடம் அந்த முசுலீம் இளைஞர்கள் குறித்தெல்லாம் எந்தவிதமான ஆவணப் பதிவுகளும் கிடையாது” எனத் தான்தோன்றித்தனமாகவும் திமிராகவும் பதில் அளித்திருக்கிறார், உள்துறை அமைச்சர் சுசில்குமார் ஷிண்டே.
குஜராத் மாநிலம் அகமதாபாத் நகரில் 1994-ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜகந்நாத் பூரி ரத யாத்திரை நடந்த சமயத்தில் மதக் கலவரத்தைத் தூண்டிவிட முயன்றதாகக் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு, தடா சட்டத்தின் கீழ் குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்பட்டிருந்த 11 முசுலீம்களை விடுதலை செய்த உச்ச நீதிமன்றம், அவர்கள் மீது பொய் வழக்கு புனைந்த போலீசு அதிகாரிகளைக் கண்டிப்பதற்கு மாறாக, “தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதல்களைத் தடுத்து நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தோடு பணிபுரிந்து வரும் போலீசு அதிகாரிகளின் பதற்றத்தையும், அப்பணியின்பொழுது அவர்கள் சந்திக்கும் இடர்ப்பாடுகளையும் நீதிமன்றம் புரிந்துகொள்வதாக” அத்தீர்ப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டு, போலீசின் அத்துமீறல்களுக்கு வக்காலத்து வாங்கியிருக்கிறது.
தேசிய மற்றும் உள்ளூர் பத்திரிகைகள் இது போன்ற வழக்குகளில் போலீசின் ஊதுகுழல்களாகவே செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றன. “ஹைதராபாத் குண்டு வெடிப்பு வழக்கில், குண்டு வெடிப்பை நடத்துவதற்கு தீவிரவாதிகள் எப்படியெல்லாம் திட்டம் தீட்டினார்கள்” என்றெல்லாம் புலனாய்வு என்ற பெயரில் தெலுங்கு ஊடகங்கள் முசுலீம்களுக்கு எதிரான அவதூறு பிரச்சாரத்தை நடத்தியுள்ளன. பெங்களூரு வழக்கில், “பத்திரிகையாளர் முத்தி-உர்-ரஹ்மான் சித்திக், இராணுவ ஆராய்ச்சியாளர் அஜஸ் அகமது மிர்ஸா ஆகிய இருவர்தான் இந்த நடவடிக்கையின் மூளைகள்” என்றவாறு கன்னட ஊடகங்களால் கதை கட்டப்பட்டன. அந்த இருவர் மீதும் போலீசால் எந்தவிதமான குற்றச்சாட்டையும் சுமத்த முடியவில்லை என்ற உண்மை அம்பலமான பின்னரும்கூட, கன்னட ஊடகங்கள் தங்கள் அவதூறு பிரச்சாரத்திற்கு மன்னிப்புக் கேட்க முன்வரவில்லை.
பீற்றிக் கொள்ளப்படும் இந்திய ஜனநாயகத்தின் நான்கு தூண்களும் முசுலீம் வெறுப்பு இந்து மதவெறி பாசிச அரசியலில் ஊறிப் போயிருப்பதைத்தான் இந்தச் சம்பவங்கள் அழுந்தச் சொல்லுகின்றன.

Well Said, Balakrishnan. Also, i feel it is because of people like Vinavu, the muslim youth gets provoked and indulge in Terrorist activities. According to Vinavu, the police have not found a single evidence against Muslims for the bomb attack. But, even after 10 years, with no evidence against narendra modi, they keep repeating that Modi is responsible for Gujarat riots. Their selective stance and biased reporting is done with the single point agenda of separating Hindus and Muslims through hate propaganda. There are hundreds of terrorist cases where Muslims are involved. Have they written anything about it? There are thousands of cases where Hindus have been arrested without evidence. So, if at all there are one or two cases against muslims, where there is no evidence, it is not a big thing. FYI, when Modi made preventive arrests of 18000 Hindus, there were no evidence against them. I feel, Terrorist activities are Trademark of Muslims. There are some good muslims too. 1. Allegations against Hindus have not been proved yet. In fact, whatever they are accusing about police in this article as “anti-muslim” can be applied for these cases as well.
2. Vinavu’s article is a self-goal. In examples, they have given, after Bangalore bomb blasts, the police have arrested 19 people and 4 are innocent and they have been freed. Now, they are making these 4 arrests very big issue. What about the remaining 15 who have been arrested? Are they not MADHA VERIYARGAL?
After being a Vinavu vaasagar for few weeks, i understood their intentions. It is clearly to divide Hindus first, then hindus and muslims, later provoke people through hate articles. We need to check their funding – i wont be surprised if they have sources from gulf.

please understand that I am also from a very liberal background. I don’t care about what Koran says about Jesus or Mary. I only care about the human rights, equality for women, progressive nature and tolerance in Koran.
If you want Old Testament, you can buy it from any Christian literature shop or stalls in Churches. And I tell you now itself, OT is much like Koran. Some cases even worse than Koran and some places better than Koran. It all depends. Because OT was written not by one author and in one geographical region or period of time like Koran. And I don’t believe in divine authorship of Bible too. I just use it to study about Jesus just like we use distorted history to learn about Buddha.
To be frank, if anyone believes any scripture is 100% divine and 100% correct and relevant to today’s life, he is doomed. Most muslims believe this and Islam enforces this. That’s the problem I have with Islam. I have completed Bible course from a reputed seminary. They teach that “Bible is of human origin and we can’t take it literally. When science or facts contradict with Bible, then we should change Bible’s interpretation.”

I have read koran (attai to attai 7 times, various translations in Tamil and English). Even able to read some Arabic. But all saw was just mumbo-jumbos like Adam created from clay, Noah’s flood, flying horse, incorrect scientific details etc. Boss, Catholic church apologized to Galileo and it offically accepts (at least parts) of evolution. But Muslims will never do. There is no room in Islam for that.
