தில்லைக் கோயிலில் இருந்து அறநிலையத்துறையின் நிர்வாக அதிகாரியை ஜெயலலிதா அரசு திரும்பப் பெற இருப்பதாக, எதிர்தரப்பு வழக்குரைஞர், எமது வழக்குரைஞரிடம் இன்று மாலை டில்லியில் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்.
தீட்சிதர் தரப்பு அரசாணையை எதிர்த்து வாதாடவேயில்லை என்பதையும், சுப்பிரமணிய சாமிதான் வாதாடினார் என்பதையும் இதற்கு முந்தைய பதிவுகளில் குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தோம்.
இன்று காலை சிதம்பரம் கோயிலுக்குள் கைது செய்யப்பட்ட ஆறுமுசாமி மற்றும் எமது வழக்குரைஞர்களிடம், “மூத்த வழக்குரைஞரை வைத்து வாதிடுவதாக இல்லை என்பதுதான் மேலிடத்தின் முடிவு” என்று அறநிலையத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் வெளிப்படையாகவே கூறினர். நேற்றைய இந்து நாளேட்டில் “அரசாணையை ஜெ அரசு திரும்பப் பெறும்” என்பதை சுப்பிரமணியசாமி சூசகமாகத் தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.
அரசே தீட்சிதர்களின் அரசாக இருப்பதால், இதனை எதிர்த்து வாதாட வேண்டிய தேவையே இல்லாமல் கோயிலையும் அதன் சொத்துகளையும் தங்கத் தட்டில் வைத்து தீட்சிதர்களிடம் கொடுக்கிறது ஜெயலலிதா அரசு.
வரவிருக்கும் அபாயத்தை கடந்த சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்னரே நாங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அறிவித்து விட்டோம். பத்திரிகையாளர் சந்திப்பு, சிதம்பரம் போராட்டம், சென்னையில் அரங்கு கூட்டம், தமிழகத்தின் எல்லா மாவட்ட மையங்களிலும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்கள், இன்று காலை தில்லை கோயிலுக்கு உள்ளும், சென்னை அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் அலுவலகத்திலும் போராட்டம் என்று கிடைத்த நேரத்திற்குள் சாத்தியமான எல்லா வழிகளிலும் போராடிப் பார்த்து விட்டோம்.
எதிர்க்கட்சிப் பிரமுகர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இது தெரியும். எனினும் ஜெயலலிதா அரசின் இந்த நடவடிக்கையை அம்பலமாக்கி கண்டிக்கும் விதத்தில் குறைந்த பட்சம் ஒரு கண்டன அறிக்கை கூட யாரிடமிருந்தும் வரவில்லை. தமிழ் மக்களின் தலைவர்கள் எனப்படுகிறவர்களுடைய யோக்கியதை இப்படி இருக்கும்போது, “தமிழனுக்கு ஒரு ரூபாய் இட்டிலி – தீட்சிதனுக்கு தில்லைப் பெருங்கோயில்” என்று ஜெயலலிதா எடுத்திருக்கும் இந்த முடிவில் வியப்பேதும் இல்லை.
சுப்பிரமணிய சாமி சித்தரிப்பதைப் போல, இது நாத்திகர் கருணாநிதியின் அரசு போட்ட ஆணை அல்ல. “தீட்சிதர்களின் திருட்டுகள், கொள்ளைகளைத் தடுப்பதற்கு இக்கோயிலுக்கு நிர்வாக அதிகாரியை நியமிக்க வேண்டும்” என்ற இந்த அரசாணை 1982-ல் எம்.ஜி.ஆர் ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் போடப்பட்டது.
1982 முதல் 2008 வரை இடைக்காலத் தடை வாங்கி, தீட்சிதர்களால் கிடப்பில் போடப்பட்டிருந்த அந்த உத்தரவை தேடிக் கண்டுபிடித்து, 2008-2009-ல் விசாரணைக்கு கொண்டு வந்தோம். மிகுந்த ஈடுபாட்டுடன் கடுமையாக உழைத்து, அசைக்க முடியாத பல வராலாற்று ஆதாரங்களைத் திரட்டி நீதிமன்றத்தில் வைத்தார்கள் அன்றைய அறநிலையத்துறை அதிகாரிகள். வழக்கில் வெற்றியும் பெற்றோம்.
இப்போது கடிகார முள்ளைத் திருப்பி வைக்கிறது ஜெயலலிதா அரசு. “இந்தக் கோயில் தீட்சிதருக்கு சொந்தம் என்று கூறுவதற்கு ஒரு குந்துமணி அளவு ஆதாரம் கூட இல்லை” என்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிகள் ஷெப்பர்டு, முத்துசாமி ஐயர் ஆகியோர் 1888-ல் தீர்ப்பளித்தனர். இன்று மேலும் பின்னோக்கிப் போகிறோம்.
நாளை, உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் இந்த வழக்கின் விசாரணை தொடரும். “அரசாங்கமே ஆணையைத் திரும்பப் பெற்றுக் கொண்ட பிறகு நீ யார் வாதாடுவதற்கு?” என்று நீதிபதிகள் கேட்கக்கூடும்.
“கனம் நீதிபதி அவர்களே, இது அரசாங்கத்துக்கும் தீட்சிருக்கும் இடையிலான சொத்துப் பிரச்சினைஅல்ல. தமிழ் மக்களின் பொதுச் சொத்தை தீட்சிதர்கள் கொள்ளையடிப்பது குறித்த பிரச்சினை. கொள்ளை குறித்த புகாரை அன்று அரசுக்கு கொடுத்தவர்களே சக தீட்சிதர்கள்தான். அந்தப் புகாரை விசாரித்த பின்னர்தான், கொள்ளையைத் தடுப்பதற்கு, 1982-ல் நிர்வாக அதிகாரியை நியமிக்க அரசு உத்தரவிட்டது. 1982 முதல் 2008 வரை வழக்கு தூங்கியது. ஆனால் இந்த இடைப்பட்ட காலத்திலும் தீட்சிதர்களின் கொள்ளை தொடர்ந்தது. நகை திருட்டு, நில மோசடி உள்ளிட்ட பல குற்ற வழக்குகளும் அவர்கள் மீது பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. தீட்சிதர்களின் குற்றங்கள் தொடர்கின்றன. ஆனால் அரசாணை திரும்ப பெறப்படுகிறது. இதற்கென்ன விளக்கம்?” என்று கேள்வி எழுப்புவோம்.
“மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு அரசுக்கு, பன்னாட்டுக் கம்பெனிக்கோ, பார்ப்பனக் கும்பலுக்கோ மக்கள் சொத்தை எழுதி வைக்கும் அதிகாரம் கூடக் கிடையாதா? என்று அரசு தரப்பு கேள்வி எழுப்பலாம். அந்தக் கேள்வியின் பொருள், தீட்சிதர்களின் கொள்ளைக்கு அரசு அங்கீகாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டு விட்டது என்பதுதான்.
நாளை உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் என்ன நடக்கவிருக்கிறது என்பதைப் பார்ப்போம். வழக்கு தொடருமா தொடராதா என்பதை நீதிமன்றம் முடிவு செய்யட்டும். நீதிமன்றத்தின் முடிவு என்னவாக இருந்தாலும், நாங்கள் எதிர்த் தரப்பாக போராட்டத்தைத் தொடர்வோம்.

All the landed vellalars were the real powers of TN especially in the delta region,some brahmins very few of them had a lot of land.
Most were poor and living off working in the temples or rich people’s accountant and such things,when the british introduced english education the first people to take it up were these poor brahmins and some of the rich ones.
Then when these poor brahmins came back as a revenue official or a collector or a judge with an ICS position,none of the landed vellalrs liked it.
In Tirunelveli the situation is totally different,we dont have any silly things like that.
Brahmins owned most of the land and in Kanyakuamri it was the ettuveetil pillaimaar and the Nairs.

There are laws in India which gives the tenant right of ownership if he has spent x number of years at one place.
The township of Dharavi is owned by many tamils who were tenants in the first place and now they are owners.

Custodians or Care takers cannot claim the ownership of any property anywhere in the world. They are merely custodians period. Not all the people of the King are atheists now and the vast majority are still ardent Saivite Tamils. Therefore they alone can claim the ownership and not the theedsidhars, the so called custodians of Sithamparam Temple. Besides, the Theedsidhars agree that they came from outside of the Tamil country. As an Eelam Tamil he would be furious to hear that Tamil Thevarams are being denied its place in front of Lord Aaadavallan who gave us the sacred Tamil language.

Not just the Sri Lankan Tamils but every Tamil around the globe is the heir and successors of the glorious past of Tamils. The Sri Lankan Tamils are also the proud inheritors of our ancestral temples in Tamil Nadu. Nobody can take away that god given right all because the treacherous British created an artificial country called India. Our blood boils when we hear the people who came to the Tamil country to eke out a living are claiming our ancestral temples as their own. That alone shows our right is in our blood.

I have seen gold flowers atop of the kalasams of sitrambala medai stolen in sixtees and also seen gold and siver coverings of many vahanams are stolen periodically!There was a dispute among dixithars regarding accountal of temple gold, the information is given by one of the dixithar at that time!
Offlate , they gave misleading figures to HR&CE and the court about the real income of the temple; upon taken over by government , the income accounted was multifold! Is it not enough evidence, something was fishy with the adminstration of Dixithars?
