விஜயகாந்த் கல்லூரி பேராசிரியர் மீது கொலைவெறி தாக்குதல்!

விஜயகாந்த் கல்லூரி உதவி பேராசிரியர் விக்ரம் மீது கல்லூரி நிர்வாகத்தின் கொலைவெறி தாக்குதல்!

செங்கல்பட்டு அருகே விஜயகாந்துக்கு சொந்தமான ஆண்டாள் அழகர் பொறியியல் கல்லூரி உள்ளது. இங்கு இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக பயோ டெக்னாலஜி துறையில் உதவி பேராசிரியராக வேலை செய்து வரும் விக்ரம் கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் ஏற்பாடு செய்த குண்டர்களால் 15-07-2015 அன்று கடுமையாகத் தாக்கப்பட்டார்.

தாக்குதலின் பின்னணி

கல்லூரியில் வேலை செய்துவரும் பேராசிரியர்கள், உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள், ஊழியர்களுக்கு கடந்த ஏப்ரல் முதல் ஜூன் வரை சம்பளம் தரப்படவில்லை. மேலும் பேராசிரியர்களும், உதவி பேராசிரியர்களும் பாடம் நடத்துவதோடு, கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் சொல்லும் எல்லா வேலைகளையும் கட்டாயம் செய்யவேண்டும் என நிர்வாகம் சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்பியது. உதாரணமாக, மற்ற கல்லூரிகளுக்கு சென்று போட்டிகள் நடத்துகிறோம் என்ற பெயரில் பேராசிரியர்கள் தங்களது சொந்த செலவில் ஆள் பிடிக்கவேண்டும்.

இது இல்லாமல், இந்த ஆண்டு பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகளில் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை வெகுவாக வீழ்ச்சி அடைந்ததை அடுத்து, “கோடை விடுமுறைக்கு பின் ஒவ்வொரு பேராசிரியரும் குறைந்தது இரண்டு மாணவர்களையாவது சேர்த்துவிடவேண்டும், இல்லையென்றால் வேலையை ராஜினாமா செய்துவிட்டு போங்கள்” எனக் கட்டளையிட்டது நிர்வாகம்.

இப்படிப்பட்ட கல்லூரியின் தொடர்ச்சியான அத்துமீறல்களை யாரும் தட்டிக் கேட்கத் துணியாதபோது, விக்ரம் கேட்கத் துணிந்தார்.

ஜூன் 27-ம் தேதி அன்று கல்லுாரியில் நடந்த பட்டமளிப்பு விழாவின் போது இஸ்ரோவை சேர்ந்த மாதவன் நாயர் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டார். அரங்கம் முழுவதும் மாணவர்களும், பேராசிரியர்களும், பெற்றோர்களும் நிரம்பி இருந்தனர்.

இந்த விழாவில், “கல்லுாரி நிர்வாகம் சம்பளம் கொடுக்கவில்லை, மாணவர்களை அட்மிசனுக்கு ஆள் பிடிக்கச் சொல்கிறது” என்பன போன்ற உண்மைகளை துண்டறிக்கையாக அச்சிட்டு வினியோகித்து எதிர்ப்பு குரல் எழுப்பினார் உதவி பேராசிரியர் விக்ரம்.

அன்றைக்கே அவரை தாக்குவதற்கான முயற்சிகள் நடந்தன. இருந்தும் விக்ரம் அன்று தப்பிவிட்டார். பீதி அடைந்த நிர்வாகம் அனைவருக்கும் சம்பளத்தை உடனே பட்டுவாடா செய்தது.

ஆனால் உதவிபேராசிரியர் விக்ரமை பணியை ராஜினாமா செய்து விட்டு போகும் படி பல முனைகளில் இருந்து நெருக்குதல் கொடுத்தது நிர்வாகம். இதன் விளைவாக ராஜினாமா செய்ய நேரிட்டது.

பின்னர் 15-07-2015 அன்று தனது சான்றிதழ் போன்றவற்றை திரும்பப் பெறுவதற்காக முதல்வரை சந்தித்தார். அப்போது முதல்வர், விக்ரமிடம், “எங்கு தங்கியுள்ளார்? எந்த வழியில் போவார்? எந்த பேருந்தில் போவார்?” போன்ற விவரங்களை நயமான முறையில் விசாரித்துள்ளார்.

முதல்வரை சந்தித்துவிட்டு கல்லுாரி வளாகத்தில் இருந்து சுமார் மாலை 4 மணி அளவில் திடீரென 5 குண்டர்கள் விக்ரமை சூழ்ந்து கொண்டு தாக்கி கொண்டே ”என்னடா நினைத்துக் கொண்டாய், நிர்வாகத்திற்கெதிராக மாணவர்களை துாண்டிவிட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறாய். இதோடு நிறுத்திக்கொள் ” என கூறி கீழே தள்ளி மிதித்துள்ளனர். இதனால் விக்ரமின் மூக்குக் கண்ணாடி உடைந்ததோடு மூக்குத் தண்டும் உடைபட்டு ரத்த காயம் ஏற்பட்டது.

இவர்களிடம் இருந்து தப்பி வெளியே வந்து மருத்துவ சிகிச்சை பெற்ற பின்னர் 16-7-2015 அன்று படாளம் காவல் நிலையத்தில் கல்லுாரி நிர்வாகத்திற்கு எதிராக புகார் கொடுத்துள்ளார் உதவி பேராசிரியர் விக்ரம்.

விஜயகாந்த் கல்லுாரி மட்டும் அல்ல. எல்லா தனியார் கல்லுாரிகளுமே கல்விக்கு சற்றும் தொடர்பில்லாத கிரிமினல் மாஃபியா கும்பல்களால் தான் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. இந்த ஆண்டு பொறியியல் கல்லுாரியில் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை குறைந்து விட்டதால் பல கல்லுாரிகள் தங்கள் ஆசிரியர்களை புரோக்கர்களாக மாற்றி கல்விச் சந்தையில் அலையவிட்டுள்ளனர். இவ்வாறு பாதிக்கப்படும் ஆசிரியர்களில் விக்ரமைப் போன்று துணிச்சலுடன் குரல் எழுப்பியவர்கள் மிகக் குறைவு. தனியார் கல்லுாரி மாஃபியாக்களுக்கு எதிராக துணிவுடன் போராடுமாறு ஆசிரியர்களையும், மாணவர்களையும் மக்கள் உரிமைப் பாதுகாப்பு மையம் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது. உங்கள் போராட்டத்திற்கு நாங்கள் துணை நிற்போம்.

கல்லுாரி முதல்வரையும் தாக்குதல் நடத்திய குண்டர்களையும் கைது செய்யும் வரை தொடர்ந்து போராடுவோம்.

Dear all !!!!
With protracted thinking I have finally decided to do this, yes I am sure this is the one and only way to unmask their real face.Even I know this won’t bring any solutionbut I think it’s my bounded duty to utilize this platform on behalf of thousands of teachers who are mere spectators and tolerating the toil of private educational mafias, allover India.
In early days because of the socio- economic inequalities like caste, class and religion majority of people (poor, dalits and adivasis) are forbidden to avail education. Since the independence the education was in the hands of the government, which provided a better quality of education to some extent. After the implementation of privatization during 1990’sall service sectors particularly health and education sectors went to the hands of anti-social elements likeliquor-land mafia, politicians and even corporate spiritual leaders.Each year both state and central governments, sanctioning forcommencement of hundreds of engineering colleges to legitimate the open robbery of educational mafias. Corporate companies also started educational institutions to drink each drop of parent’s blood in the name ofcorporate social responsibility (CSO).Even they dare to sale mother’s milk as a profitable commodity.
Because of privatization and liberalization all banks are accepting to provide educational loans from 50,000 to 10 lakh. Will the education provided by these private institutions offer any employment to repay their debts Oreven making student as a good social animal? Definitely not.Each year, number of suicides from student’s side is increasing in exponential manner because of bank loans. Daily you might see N number of unemployedstudents wandering from pillar to post to get their job. Even their salary is not at all sufficient for their day-to-day porridge. Thereare evident in SAACE; most of the Post graduate teaching staffs are paid with mere 10,000 – 12,000 (half of the decently paid teaching staffs are expelled due to cost cut).
Shri Andal Alagar college of Engineering (SAACE) is such kind of institutionin which the students and staff members are modern slavery machineries. For the past three months we are not paid a single paise, this is simply pushing us starve to death (this is the condition for the past one and half year).The unwritten law of colleges like SAACE are
1. We have to work for months without salary, asking for salary is crime like murder, if so the concern person will be expelled immediately.
2. We should not take care of our family even it is collapsed, he/shesupposed to think how to makeinstitution profitable, even better.
3. Putting admission has become mandatory,failing which we should ready to resign our job, during resignation it should mentioned that we are resigning from our own personal concerns.(Even the staffs are insisted they will be getting some of 5,000 hot cash from the back door for each admission, here some of the staff are even worst, they are getting blatant Rs.5000 rather than asking for their salary)
4. “Loss of pay” will be implemented during the period of any time, this will be justified that we have not followedtheir so called constitution.
5. Even, staffmembers with different in opinions, we are compelled to involve in the activities like ayutha pooja, Hayagriva pooja, clean India movement, pro-nuclear meeting, practice of yoga etc. All staffs were ordered to follow these activities with dedication. (I’ve been enquired for not attending the hayagriva pooja and ordered to participate in all activities without fail)
6. Apart from academic work a staff should ready to work any kind of non- academic donkey works out of their own expenses.
7. During Anna University inspection we have been compelled to know all names and whereabouts of fake staffs that will be arranged by management, consultancy or even of course working staff members of SAACE.
(The same status-quo can be seen in all private educational institutions all over India, especially in Tamilnadu (Sathyabama, SRM, VIT, Dr.MGR, Bharath Universitiesetc).The statements I’ve mentioned won’tbearable to the management of this institution or any private educational mafia which is running educational institutes for mere profit.)
Above points are the scenario of this institution in which Mr.vijayakant is the founder of institution and also the opposition leader of legislative assembly of Tamilnadu. Even Mr.vijayakant proclaiming to be the next CM, its haunting, the fate of Tamilnadu???
(Note: It’s indeed a black mark for Mr.G. Madhavan nair who accepted the invitation of management of SAACE without investigating.Shame on you!!!)
The only way to come out of these evils is
• Staffs should come out of their muteness (which is very dangerous than the crime itself) and stand for rights by unionizing ourselves!!!!!!
• Let us fight against the non-academic donkey works and assurance for treating with self-respect!!!!
• Let us fight for the government to take over all private educational institutions under its control and make the pedagogy according to need of the hour and to employ them!!!!
• Let us also give our voice against the privatization of service sectors particularly in education, which is the sole reason for all!!!!
