During the time of Genocide…., Paul Kagame[new president of Rwanda] the leader of RPF[ Rwandan Patriotic Front ]ordered the RPF to make new attack against GOV forces!!!

The civil war was going on concurrently with the genocide[Hutus killing Tutsis] for two months.

The RPF launched an offensive and on July 4, 1994 they took the capital Kigali.

Four days later on July 17,1994 the RPF defeated the Hutus dominated government stronghold and declared victory.

After its military victory in July 1994, the Rwandan Patriotic Front organized a coalition government.

The current government prohibits discrimination on the basis of ethnicity, race or religion.

But in Rwanda Tutsis (14% population )ALONE CAN CONQUERED THE COUNTRY RWANDA AND NOW FORM A GOVERNMENT THAT prohibits discrimination on the basis of ethnicity, race or religion.
