நாட்டு அதிபர் மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையை இழந்து விட்டதாகவும், அரச படைகள் ஆயுதமற்ற அப்பாவி மக்களை கொன்று குவிப்பதாகவும் கடற்படை துணைத்தளபதி ஊடகங்களில் அறிவிக்கிறார்; எதிர்ப்பாளர்கள் மீது துப்பாக்கிச்சூடு நடத்தும் காட்சி ஒளிபரப்பப்படுகிறது.
அதையடுத்து அதிபர் பதவி விலகக்கோரி எதிர்க்கட்சிகளும், ‘மக்களும்’ போராட்டத்தில் குதிக்கின்றனர், இராணுவமும், அதிபர் பதவி விலக காலக்கெடு விதிக்கிறது. அடுத்த சில மணி நேரங்களில் அதிபர் பதவியிலிருந்து தூக்கியெறியப்படுகிறார்; கைது செய்யப்படுகிறார். வழக்கமான காட்சிகள்தான் என்றாலும் காட்சிகளின் பின்னே உள்ள உண்மை அவ்வாறில்லை.
அரபு வசந்தத்திலும் அதையடுத்த லிபியா, சிரியா, தற்போது உக்ரைன் என பல்வேறு நாடுகளில் அந்தந்த நாட்டு அரசுகளுக்கு எதிராக மக்கள் எழுச்சிகள் நடந்து வரும் சூழலில் இதையொத்த காட்சிகளை நாம் காணுற்றிருக்கிறோம். இப்போராட்டங்களில் சில மக்கள் விரோத அரசுகளை ஆட்சியிலிருந்து தூக்கியெறிந்ததையும் நாம் பார்த்திருக்கிறோம்.
ஆனால், 2002-ம் ஆண்டு வெனிசுலாவில் நிகழ்த்தப்பட்ட ‘மக்கள் எழுச்சிகள்’ அதிபரை பதவியிலிருந்து தூக்கியெறிவதுடன் முடிவுக்கு வரவில்லை. மாறாக, உண்மையான மக்கள் எழுச்சி அப்போது தான் ஆரம்பித்தது. தூக்கியெறியப்பட்ட அதிபர் சாவேஸ் 48 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் மீண்டும் பதவிக்கு வருகிறார்.
சாவேஸ் பதவி விலக்கப்பட்ட அந்நிகழ்வு, பின்னணியிலிருந்து திட்டமிட்ட முறையில் திரைக்கதை எழுதி இயக்கப்பட்டதை அம்பலப்படுத்துகிறது ‘ஒரு ஆட்சிக் கவிழ்ப்பின் கூறுகள்’ என்ற ஆவணப்படம்.
2000-ம் ஆண்டு நடந்த தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற்று சாவேஸ் அதிபர் பதவிக்கு வந்ததும் பன்னாட்டு எண்ணெய் நிறுவனங்கள் அரசுக்கு செலுத்த வேண்டிய ராயல்டி தொகையை உயர்த்தி அதை மக்கள் நலனுக்கு திருப்பி விட்டார். அன்னிய கூட்டுப்பங்கு நிறுவனங்களின் முதலீடுகளுக்கு கட்டுப்பாடுகள் விதித்தார். பொதுத்துறை எண்ணெய் நிறுவனத்தில் பன்னாட்டு தனியார் கம்பெனிகளின் கட்டுப்பாட்டை குறைக்கும் விதமாக சட்டமியற்றினார்.
2001-ல் சாவேஸ், 49 மக்கள் நல சட்டங்களை நிறைவேற்றினார். பெரும் பண்ணையார்களிடம் உபரியாக இருந்த நிலங்களை பெற்று நிலமற்றோருக்கு விநியோகிப்பதற்கான நிலச்சீர்திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டன. இச்சீர்திருத்தங்களை தடையின்றி நிறைவேற்ற அரசுக்கு முழு அதிகாரமளிக்கும் சட்டதிருத்தத்தை பாராளுமன்றத்தில் நிறைவேற்றினார். எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் சாவேஸ் ஜனநாயகத்துக்கு விரோதமாக அதிகாரத்தை தம்மிடம் குவித்து சர்வாதிகாரியாக மாறிவருவதாக குற்றம் சுமத்தி போராட்டங்களில் ஈடுபட்டன.
சாவேஸ் எண்ணெய் ஏற்றுமதி நாடுகளின் கூட்டமைப்பை வலுப்படுத்தும் முயற்சிகளில் ஈடுபட்டார். அப்போதைய ஈராக் அதிபர் சதாம் உசேனையும், அப்போதைய லிபிய அதிபர் கடாபியையும் சந்தித்து பேசினார்.
15 நாடுகளில் சுற்றுப்பயணம் முடித்து திரும்பிய சாவேசை ஹிட்லர், முசோலினிக்கு நிகரான முட்டாள் சர்வாதிகாரியெனவும், பதவிப் பித்தராகவும், புகழ்விரும்பி, பைத்தியம் எனவும் அமெரிக்க நியூஸ் வீக் பத்திரிகை கட்டுரை வெளியிட்டது.
வெனிசுலாவில் நிலவும் ‘சர்வாதிகார அரசை அகற்றி ஜனநாயக அரசை நிறுவும் போராட்டங்களை’ அமெரிக்கா ஆரம்பித்து வைப்பதற்கு மேற்சொன்ன காரணங்களே போதுமானதாக இருந்தன.
பிப்ரவரி 2002-ல் விமானப்படையின் கர்னல் பேடரோ விசென்டே சோடோ தலைமையில் ராணுவத்தின் ஒரு பிரிவு ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டது. சாவேஸ் இராணுவத்தை சிவில் வேலைகளில் ஈடுபடுத்தி நாட்டின் பாதுகாப்பை கேள்விக்குறியாக்கி விட்டதாகவும், மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையை அவர் இழந்து விட்டதாகவும், அதனால் அவர் பதவி விலக வேண்டும் என்றும், இல்லையெனில் பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் ராணுவ உயரதிகாரிகள் பேட்டியளிக்கின்றனர்.
ஏப்ரல் 6-ம் தேதி பொதுத்துறை எண்ணெய் நிறுவனத்தில் பன்னாட்டு கம்பெனிகளுக்கு ஆதரவாக செயல்பட்ட, முறைகேடுகளில் ஈடுபட்ட 19 அதிகாரிகளை வேலை நீக்கம் செய்து உத்தரவிடுகிறார் சாவேஸ். இதை எதிர்த்து எண்ணெய் நிறுவனத்தின் அலுவலக ஊழியர்கள் வேலை நிறுத்தத்தில் ஈடுபடுகின்றனர். நாட்டில் எண்ணெய் உற்பத்தி முடக்கப்படுகிறது.
ஏப்ரல் 9 அன்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட பொது வேலைநிறுத்தம் குறைந்த அளவு ஆதரவையே பெற்ற போதிலும் எண்ணெய் நிறுவன ஊழியர் போராட்டத்துக்கு ஆதரவாக நாடுதழுவிய வேலைநிறுத்தத்திற்கு அழைப்பு விடுக்கிறது வலதுசாரி தொழிற்சங்க கூட்டமைப்பு.
முன்னரே திட்டமிட்டபடி போராட்டங்களை ஆதரித்து எல்லா எதிர்க்கட்சிகளும் போராட்டத்தில் குதிக்கின்றன. நடுத்தர மற்றும் உயர் நடுத்தர வர்க்க பகுதிகளில் நடக்கும் போராட்டங்கள் மற்ற ஏழை எளிய மக்கள் வசிக்கும் பகுதிகளுக்கு பரவவுமில்லை, பாதிக்கவுமில்லை.
மறுபுறம், சாவேஸ் ஆதரவாளர்கள் அரசுக்கு ஆதரவான ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்களை நடத்தினர். அனைத்து ஊடகங்களும் அரசு ஆதரவு போராட்ட செய்திகளையும், அரசுத்தரப்பு விளக்கங்களையும் வெளியிடாமல் இருட்டடிப்பு செய்ததுடன் நாடு முழுவதும் அரசு எதிர்ப்பு போராட்டங்கள் மட்டுமே நடப்பதைப் போலொரு பொய்யான பிம்பத்தை கட்டியெழுப்பின. அரசு சர்வாதிகாரத்தன்மையுடன் ஊடகங்கள் மற்றும் எதிர்ப்பாளர்களின் கருத்து சுதந்திரத்தை நசுக்குவதாக குற்றம் சுமத்தி தொடர் பிரச்சாரம் செய்தன.
ஏப்ரல் 11 அன்று போராட்டக்காரர்கள், எண்ணெய் நிறுவன அலுவலகத்தை முற்றுகையிட ஊர்வலமாக செல்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் அதிபர் மாளிகையை முற்றுகையிட திருப்பி விடப்படுகின்றனர். இது தன்னெழுச்சியாக நடந்த நிகழ்வல்ல. போராட்ட தலைவர்களால் முன்னரே திட்டமிடப்பட்டு நடத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அதே நேரம் சாவேஸ் ஆதரவாளர்கள் அதிபர் மாளிகையின் அருகில் கூட ஆரம்பிக்கின்றனர். சாவேஸ் தொலைக்காட்சியில் தோன்றி போராட்டங்களை திரும்பிப் பெறுமாறும் அமைதி காக்குமாறும் நாட்டு மக்களை கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறார். தொலைக்காட்சியில் சாவேஸ் பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் காட்சித்திரை பாதியாக்கப்பட்டு மறுபாதியில் போராட்டக்காரர்களின் மீதான தாக்குதல், உயிரிழந்தோர், காயமுற்றோரின் காட்சிகள் காட்டப்படுகின்றன. சாவேஸின் ஆதரவாளர்களும், போலீசாரும் போராட்டக்காரர்களின் மீது துப்பாக்கியால் சுடுவது போலுள்ள காட்சி, அனைத்து தொலைக்காட்சிகளிலும் ஒளிபரப்பப்பட்டன.
ஆனால், சாவேஸ் ஆதரவாளர்களுக்கும், போலீசாருக்கும் தான் மோதல் நடந்ததாக நேரடி சாட்சியங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. போராட்டக்காரர்களின் மீது துப்பாக்கியால் சுட்டது போலீசோ, அரசபடையினரோ அல்லது சாவேஸ் ஆதரவாளர்களோ அல்ல. ஏகாதிபத்திய சதிகாரர்கள் பணிக்கமர்த்திய மறைந்திருந்து சுடுபவர்கள் (snipers) தான் போராட்டக்காரர்கள் மீது துப்பாக்கி சூடு நடத்தியிருக்கிறார்கள். தங்களது சதிக்கு தார்மீக ஆதரவை பெறுவதற்கும், ஆட்சிகவிழ்ப்புக்கு நியாயம் கற்பிப்பதற்கும் அப்பாவி மக்களை கொன்றிருக்கின்றனர்.
துப்பாக்கிச்சூடு நிகழ்வதற்கு சில நிமிடங்களுக்கு முன்னதாகவே போராட்டக்குழு தலைவர்களும், வலதுசாரி தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்களும் போராட்டக் களத்தை விட்டு வெளியேறி விட்டனர். அவர்கள் வெளியேறியவுடன் மறைந்திருந்து சுடுபவர்கள் அப்பாவி மக்களை படுகொலை செய்திருக்கின்றனர்.
ஜனநாயகத்தின் தூண்களான ஊடகங்கள் திட்டமிட்டு மிக கவனமாக எடிட் செய்து ஆட்சி கவிழ்ப்பு திரைக்கதைக்கு தேவையானவற்றை செய்திகளாக தயாரித்திருக்கின்றன.
சி.என்.என் செய்தியாளர் ஒட்டோ நியுஸ்டல்ட்டுக்கு, போராட்டத்தில் வன்முறை ஏற்படும் என்றும் சிலர் உயிரிழக்கலாமென்றும் ராணுவத்தின் உயர்அதிகாரிகள் சிலர் சாவேசை பதவிவிலக கோருவார்கள் என்றும் முன்னதாகவே தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. துப்பாக்கிச் சூட்டை கண்டித்த ராணுவ தளபதிகளின் பேட்டி துப்பாக்கிச்சூடு நடப்பதற்கு பலமணிநேரம் முன்னதாகவே ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டதையும் அவர் அம்பலப்படுத்துகிறார்.
குறிப்பாக சாவேஸ் அப்பாவி மக்களை கொல்வதாக கூறும் கடற்படை துணைதளபதி பெரேசின் அறிக்கை துப்பாக்கி சூடு நடப்பதற்கு பல மணிநேரத்திற்கு முன் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது தான்.
நிலைமையை கட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவருமாறு ராணுவத்தின் உதவியை நாடியுள்ளார் சாவேஸ். ஆனால் ராணுவம் சாவேஸ் அரசின் கட்டளைகளுக்கு பணிய மறுக்கிறது. சுமார் 20 மேல்நிலை அதிகாரிகள், “சாவேஸ் பதவி விலக வேண்டும்” என தொலைக்காட்சியில் பேட்டியளிக்கின்றனர்.
இதையடுத்து, ராணுவம் அதிபர் மாளிகைக்குள் நுழைகிறது. சாவேஸ் கைது செய்யப்படுகிறார். சாவேஸ் பதவி விலகிவிட்டதாக ஊடகங்கள் அறிவிக்கின்றன. வெனிசுலா வர்த்தக சங்க தலைவரான பேட்ரோ கர்மோனா தற்காலிக அதிபராக நியமனம் செய்து கொண்டார். இவ்வாறாக ‘மக்கள்’ போராட்டத்தால் அதிபர் தூக்கியெறியப்பட்டார்.
பதவிக்கு வந்தவுடன் முதல் வேலையாக உச்சநீதிமன்றம் மற்றும் மற்ற ஜனநாயக அமைப்புகளை கலைத்து உத்தரவிடுகிறார் கர்மோனா. சாவேசின் அமைச்சர்கள், அவரது ஆதரவாளர்கள் அனைவரும் புதிய அரசின் தாக்குதலுக்கு இலக்காகினர். சிலர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். சிலர் வீட்டுச்சிறையில் வைக்கப்பட்டனர். ஜனநாயகத்தின் பெயரால் பாசிசம் தலைவிரித்தாடுகிறது. அதாவது ஜனநாயகம் என்பதே ஏகாதிபத்தியங்கள் மற்றும் பெருநிலவுடைமையாளர்களின் சர்வாதிகாரம் தான் என்று அம்பலமானது.
இதன் பின் பதவியிறக்கப்பட்ட தங்கள் அதிபருக்கு ஆதரவாக நாடெங்கிலும் நகர்ப்புற மற்றும் கிராமப்புற உழைக்கும் மக்கள் வீதிக்கு வந்தனர். இராணுவமும் பிளவுபட்டது. அதை பற்றி செய்திகளை வெளியிடாமல், திட்டமிட்டு இருட்டடிப்பு செய்த ஊடகங்கள், நாடு இயல்பு நிலைக்கு திரும்பி விட்டதை போன்ற தோற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தின.
சாவேஸ், தான் பதவி விலகவில்லை என்றும், சிறை பிடிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கும் தகவலை ராணுவத்தில் தனது ஆதரவாளர்கள் மூலம் வெளியிடுகிறார். மக்கள் அதிபர் மாளிகையை சுற்றி வளைத்து சதிகாரர்களை சிறை வைத்தனர். ராணுவத்தில் சாவேஸின் ஆதரவுப்பிரிவு அப்போது உதவிக்கு வருகிறது. அது அதிபர் மாளிகையை சுற்றி வளைத்து சதிகாரர்களை கைது செய்ததுடன், சாவேசை மீண்டும் அதிபராக்கியது.
மறுபுறம் கொலம்பியாவை தவிர வேறு எந்த தென்னமெரிக்க நாடும் “இப்புரட்சிகர நடவடிக்கைகளை” ஆதரிக்காததால், ஆட்சிக் கவிழ்ப்பில் பழம் தின்று கொட்டை போட்ட அமெரிக்காவின் சி.ஐ.ஏ முகத்தில் கரியை பூசிக்கொண்டது.
சி.ஐ.ஏ மற்றும் ஜனநாயகத்துக்கான தேசிய அறக்கட்டளை போன்ற அமெரிக்க அரசின் அமைப்புகள் இந்த ஆட்சிக் கவிழ்ப்புக்கு பின்னால் இருந்து இயக்கி நிதியளித்த உண்மை அம்பலமாகியது. இன்றும் அமெரிக்காவின் ஆண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் அமெரிக்க – வெனிசுலா வெளியுறவு பிரச்சனைக்கான நிதியாக 5 மில்லியன் டாலர்க்கும் மேல் அதிகாரபூர்வமாகவே ஒதுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
வெனிசுலாவில் 1989-ல் உலக வங்கி, ஐ.எம்.எஃபின் நிர்ப்பந்த்தத்தால் தீவிரப்படுத்தப்பட்ட தனியார்மய, தாராளமயக் கொள்கைகள் அந்நாட்டையும் மக்களையும் சூறையாடி ஓட்டாண்டிகளாக்கியது. வேலையிழந்து வாழ்விழந்த மக்கள் நாடோடிகளாக நகரங்களை நோக்கி விரட்டப்பட்டனர். பொருளாதார ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகளும் வறுமையும் தீவிரமாகியது. விலைவாசி விண்ணை முட்டியது. மானியங்கள் வெட்டப்பட்டு ரேஷன் கடைகள் மூடப்பட்டன. கல்வி, மருத்துவம், குடிநீர், சுகாதாரம் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்தும் தனியார் மயமாக்கப்பட்டன. மக்கள் இத்தனியார்மய, தாராளமயத் தாக்குதல்களுக்கு எதிராக தன்னெழுச்சியாகத் திரண்டு போராடினர்.
இந்தப் பின்னணியில் 1992-ல் நாட்டுப் பற்றும், சோசலிச நாட்டமும் கொண்ட ஆயுதக் குழுவொன்றை இராணுவத்திற்குள் உருவாக்கியிருந்த சாவேஸ் அமெரிக்க கைக்கூலி அரசை நீக்க முயன்று தோற்றார். கைது செய்யப்பட்ட சாவேசும் அவரது ஆதரவாளர்களும் இரண்டாண்டுகள் சிறை தண்டனையை பெற்றனர்.
1998-ல் அதிபர் தேர்தலில் போட்டியிட்ட சாவேசுக்கு ஓட்டுக் கட்சிகளின் ஊழல், ஒடுக்குமுறை ஆட்சிகளாலும், தனியார்மய தாராளமய தாக்குதலாலும் வெறுப்புற்றிருந்த உழைக்கும் மக்கள் ஏறத்தாழ 56% வாக்களித்து வெற்றி பெறச் செய்தனர்.
ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த சாவேஸ், தேர்தலில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரதிநிதிகளையும், அதிபரையும் திரும்பி அழைக்கும் அதிகாரத்தை மக்களுக்கு வழங்கும் அரசியலமைப்பு சட்ட திருத்தத்தை 88% மக்கள் ஆதரவுடன் நிறைவேற்றினார். எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் இதை பலமாக எதிர்த்தன.
2000-ம் ஆண்டு தமது அரசை கலைத்துவிட்டு புதிய அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டத்தின் படி தேர்தலை நடத்தினார். அத்தேர்தலிலும், உழைக்கும் மக்கள் சாவெசுக்கு ஏறத்தாழ 59% வாக்களித்து வெற்றி பெறச் செய்தனர்.
2002-ல் வெனிசுலா அரசுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட நெருக்கடி முற்றிலுமாக முறியடிக்கப்படவில்லை. மக்கள் போராட்டங்களால் ஆளும் வர்க்க, எதிர்கட்சிகள் தற்காலிகமாக பின்வாங்கிக் கொண்டு சாவேஸ் அரசுக்கு அடுத்தடுத்து பல நெருக்குதல்களை கொடுத்து வந்தன.
ஒட்டு மொத்த முதாளித்துவ அமைப்பும், மக்கள் நலத்திட்ட சீர்திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகளும் மேற்கத்திய நாடுகளிலேயே காலாவதியாகிவிட்ட நிலையில் சாவேஸ் தேர்தலின் மூலம் நிலவும் முதலாளித்துவ அமைப்புக்குள்ளேயே தீர்வைத் தேடவும், மக்கள் நல சீர்திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகளின் மூலம் பிரச்சனைகளை தீர்த்துவிட முடியுமென நம்பினார். அதையே 21-ம் நூற்றாண்டின் சோசலிசம் என்றார்.
ஆனால், ஆளும் வர்க்க அரசமைப்பையே ஜனநாயக அமைப்பாக சாவேசும் அவரது ஆதரவாளர்களும் கருதிக் கொண்டிருக்க, ஆளும் வர்க்கங்கள் அதற்கு முரணாக, அவர்களின் ஜனநாயக கட்டமைப்பின் விதிமுறைகளை மதிக்காமல் அவ்வமைப்பை தூக்கியெறியும் சதியில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர்.
சென்ற ஆண்டு சாவேசின் மறைவுக்கு பின்னர் நடைபெற்ற தேர்தலில் அவரின் உற்ற தோழரான நிகலோஸ் மாதுரா வெற்றி பெற்று அதிபரானார். அவர் எதிர்க்கட்சி வேட்பாளரை விட 1.5% வாக்குகள் மட்டுமே அதிகம் பெற்றதால் அவருடைய தரப்பு பலவீனமாக இருப்பதாக கணித்த ஆளும்வர்க்க எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் மீண்டும் புரட்சியை நாடகத்தை அரங்கேற்ற ஆரம்பித்துள்ளன.
முதலாளிகளும், ஆளும் வர்க்கங்களும், திட்டமிட்ட முறையில் அத்தியாவசிய பொருட்களை பதுக்கி செயற்கையான தட்டுப்பாட்டை உருவாக்கியுள்ளன. மேலும், ஆளும் வர்க்கங்கள் அரசியல் ரீதியாக வீழ்த்தப்படாததால், சமூகத்தின் பொருளாதார ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகள் சீரடையவில்லை. இவற்றின் காரணமாக பணவீக்கம் விண்ணை தொட்டுள்ளது. சமூக ஒழுங்கு சீரழிந்து குற்றங்களும், வன்முறைகளும் மலிந்துள்ளன.
கடந்த ஜனவரி மாதம் முன்னாள் மிஸ். வெனிசுலா அழகியும் அவரது கணவரும், சில வழிப்பறி கொள்ளையர்களால் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டனர். பிப்ரவரி மாதம் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவி ஒருவர் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமைக்கு உள்ளாக்கப்பட்டார். இவ்வன்முறைகளுக்கு எதிராக சில மாணவர்களும், மக்களில் ஒரு பிரிவினரும் தொடர்ந்த போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றனர். எதிர்கட்சிகள் மாதுரா அரசு செயலிழந்து விட்டதாகவும், அதிபர் பதவி விலக வேண்டுமென்றும் கோரி ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்களை நடத்தி வருகின்றன.

Having lived in USA, I can say for sure even Americans do not like USA.
Main reason is high cost of Healthcare and Education. Americans do not think USA is a Democracy. They blame the Jews the group (like our Brahmins in India) though in minority who greedily control all major corporations in USA.
These Jews want to spread American companies across globe. They do not like Socialism and remove Government which are not supporting Capitalism.

You seem to compare Paarpanars to Jews.
They are both a small minority with big influence. The similarity ends there.
Paarpanars fared well because of their lighter skin and a bit/lot of cunningness. Due to their lighter skin they could get the control of the temples, temple landes, etc.
Jews were darker skinned to Europeans. They did not became christians and control Europeans’ church as paarpanars do. Jews fared well just because of their spread in all through Europe and other places, their family links and their genious and a bit of knack in living in hostile situation. After nationalization only poor vegetable vendors,artisans,small shop keepers,Small and Tiny Industries and farmers could get financial assistance.I spent 37 years in a nationalized bank.Raman.I need not go to Cuba to prove this.Remove your yellow glass and see things in proper perspective.Have you ever heard about “Self-Help Groups” among women.Only because of assistance from nationalized banks,these women are financially independent.Are you aware of the existence of NABARD which give refinance to banks including cooperative banks for agriculture,IDBI which give refinance to banks for industries,SIDBI which give refinance to banks for loans given to SME sector and EXIM BANK which give refinance for banks for export credit and ECGC which insures export trade.All these institutions along with nationalized banks did yeoman service to Indian people.Do not be under the impression that nationalization a failure.Whatever position India now occupies,nationalization had its own share of contribution.
Raman,There are 14 lakh Self Help Groups in Andhra alone.Total outstanding loans from Self Help Groups to banks stand at Rs36341.47 crore.Tamilnadu,Kerala,Andhra and Karnataka account for 53.78% of Self Help Groups in India.Outstanding loans from the Groups from these four states amount to 69.42% of the total outstanding.

Unfortunately with my limited and opinionated knowledge countering your statement is difficult for me.
There are initiatives taken during socialist era and many of them were beneficial.I believe our socialist movement was required until 1975 and they should have opened the market.
However to get loan, Govt officials bureaucratic procedures are dreadful. I do remember the days how much my father suffered to obtain a loan to dig a well.
And when he missed one payment, Bank officials along with Police equipped with rifles visited our home.
To get a kerosene
To buy a scooter
to get one phone connection
to get a gas connection we suffered a lot.

The problems you mention are relatively unique curse to caste-ridden society that is India. You need to have a person of your caste, i.e., a relative, in the position of power, to get the work done; otherwise you need to grease the machine and wait for luck.

Gross NPA in public sector banks as of March 2013 was Rs 1,64,461 crore while in private sector banks it was Rs 21,069.78 crore, it said.

Capitalism uses greed as fuel. It has to be kept in check.
Govt should regulate the business and competition.
Govt should sell the natural resources required for business in the fair market price. For that people should elect the right people.
A speed law system, which has the capability to punish the rich is important.

Nokia came with technology to a society knows nothing more than making idly/watching soaps
Nokia gave job to 10000 people.
When his technology lost its competitiveness, it was sold. It is not Nokia moved their offices to other country or closing factory to save tax
Rather than investing in technological innovation , We blame the corporation .
Rather than blaming the inability of the govt machine to collect the taxes , we blame corporation

The power generating projects to generate about 7000 mw inagurated by the previous government were not implemented by the present govt.That is the reason for the shortage.As usual,Raman has not understood the local problem but go ahead for giving solutions to international problems.

Socialism bankrupted the TNEB. They have mortgaged all their property to keep it going. What is the point of announcing the projects without funding? Honey written on paper…!! Sometime back I read even state owned banks refused funding for TNEB projects.

There is no uncertainty of the market for the produced goods, as production is based on the need in macro level. But is capitalism, for every successful business, there are so many failures, due to absence of demand and over production, etc, leading to so much of wasted effort. Communism can find the talent from a widest possible pool. No need of reinventing the wheel by each and every entrepreneur. Best practices can be copied freely elsewhere. It offers highest possible economy of scale. It is driven by not greed but well-being of one and all, a sort of universal insurance for all the eventualities, without any fine-prints and disclaimers. It is in the interest of self that the neighbors and our distant relatives are also in good situation.
