மானேசர் முதல் ஓசூர் வரை போலீசு ஆட்சி! பன்னாட்டுக் கம்பெனிகளின் ஆட்சி!
இரண்டாயிரம் கிலோமீட்டருக்கு அப்பால், மானேசரில் ஒரு பன்னாட்டுக் கம்பெனியான மாருதி, அரியானா அரசு, போலீசு ஆகியன தொழிலாளர்கள் மீது மேற்கொள்ளும் அடக்குமுறைகளுக்கு எதிராக, தமிழகத்தில் ஒரு ஆதரவு குரல்கூட ஒலிக்கக் கூடாது என்று இந்திய அரசு மட்டுமல்ல, தமிழக அரசும் குறியாய் இருந்தது.
“ஜூலை 18 – மாருதி நிறுவனத்திற்கு எதிராக தொடர்கிறது தொழிலாளர் போராட்டம்!
போராடும் மாருதி தொழிலாளர்களுக்குத் தோள் கொடுப்போம்!”
என்ற தலைப்பின் கீழ் ஜூலை 18ம் தேதியன்று புரட்சிகர அமைப்புகளான ம.க.இ.க., வி.வி.மு., பு.ஜ.தொ.மு., பு.மா.இ.மு., பெ.வி.மு. அமைப்புகள் தமிழகத்தின் மாவட்டத் தலைநகரங்களில் பேரணி, ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் அறிவித்திருந்தன. அதன் ஒருபகுதியாக, கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் செயல்படும் புதிய ஜனநாயகத் தொழிலாளர் முன்னணி, விவசாயிகள் விடுதலை முன்னணி போன்ற புரட்சிகர அமைப்புகள் சார்பில் தொழில்நகரமான ஓசூரில் பேரணி, ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. இதனை ஒட்டி நகரம் முழுவதும் மூன்று நாட்களாக பிரச்சாரம் செய்திருந்தனர்.
திங்களன்று பேரணி, ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்திற்கு அனுமதியளித்த போலீசு, 17ம்தேதி மாலை அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அறிவித்தது. இந்நிலையில், ஜூலை 18ம் தேதி மாலை 5 மணிக்கு ஒசூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் அருகில் உள்ள நகராட்சி அலுவலகம் முன்பாக நூற்றுக்கணக்கான போலீசார் குவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தனர். டி.எஸ்.பி.தலைமையில் ஒரு போலீசு படை! நகர போலீசு நிலைய ஆய்வாளர் தலைமையில் ஒரு போலீசு படை, உளவுப்பிரிவுப் போலீசு படை எனப் பெரும்படைகள் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் குவிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. பொதுமக்களுக்கு இங்கு ஏதோ நடக்கக் கூடாத ஒரு சம்பவம் நடக்க இருப்பது போல ஒரு பீதியை போலீசு உருவாக்கியது.
போலீசின் தடையை மீறி அங்கே குவிந்த பு.ஜ.தொ.மு., வி.வி.மு. தோழர்கள் புதிய ஜனநாயகத் தொழிலாளர் முன்னணியின் மாவட்ட செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர் தோழர் சங்கர் தலைமையில் விண்ணதிரும் முழக்கங்களுடன் செங்கொடிகளை உயர்த்திப் பிடித்து ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்த முயற்சித்து முழக்கமிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தனர். அப்போது திபுதிபுவென ஓடிவந்த போலீசுக் கும்பல் ஏதோ கலவரத்தில் ஈடுபட முயற்சித்தவர்களை சுற்றி வளைப்பது போல தோழர்களைச் சுற்றி வளைத்து கைது செய்தது போலீசு. பரபரப்பான சூழலில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மக்கள் கூடி பார்க்கும் வகையில், மாருதி தொழிலாளர் போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவாக புரட்சிகர அமைப்புகள் நடத்திய ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் போராடும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு புரட்சிகர அமைப்புகள்தான் பாதுகாப்பு என்பதை உணர்த்தும் வகையில் இருந்தது.

தொழில்நகரமான ஓசூரிலும் மானேசர் போன்ற அடக்குமுறைகள் அதிகரித்து வருகின்றன. அண்மையில் லேலாண்டு தொழிலாளர்கள் மீது அவ்வாலை நிர்வாகம் பல கொடிய தாக்குதல்களை தொடுத்து 562 பேர் இடமாற்றம், 128 பேர் ஓராண்டுக்கு முன்னதாகக் ‘கட்டாய ஓய்வு‘ என்ற வகையில் அடக்குமுறை செலுத்தி வருகிறது. கமாஸ் வெக்ட்ரா ஆலையில் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் இடைநீக்கம், தொழிலாளர்கள் வேறு மாநிலத்திற்கு இடமாற்றம் என்பது நடக்கிறது. டெனிக்கோ, ராஜ்சிரியா போன்ற ஆலைகளில் ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்குக் கூட இருமாதங்களாக ஊதியம் கொடுக்காமல் இழுத்தடித்து வருகின்றன. இப்படி பல ஆலைகளில் தொழிலாளர் உரிமைகள் பறிக்கப்படுவது அதிகரித்துள்ள நிலையில் தொழிலாளர்கள் மாருதி தொழிலாளர் போல ஒசூர் தொழிலாளர்கள் போராட வேண்டும். இந்திய தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கையளிக்கும் வகையில் நடந்த மாருதி தொழிலாளர் போராட்டம் போல ஓசூரிலும் தொழிலாளர் ஒற்றுமையை வளர்த்தெடுக்க வேண்டும்! உரிமைகளை மீட்க போராட வேண்டும்!
அதே வேளையில், ஓசூரிலும் மானேசர் போல தொழிலாளர்களின் ஜனநாயாக உரிமைகள் பறிக்கப்படுவது அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. போலீசு ஆட்சி என்பது மாதம் முழுவதும் அமுல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. சாதாரண ஊர்வலம், உண்ணாவிரதம் கூட தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு மறுக்கப்படுகிறது. தொழிற்சங்க புரோக்கர்கள், மாஃபியாக்கள், முதலாளிகளின் எடுபிடிகளான எம்.எல்.ஏ.க்கள் இவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் சுதந்திரம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாகத்தான் 2300 மாருதி தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு வேலைகொடுக்கக் கோரியும், 147 மாருதி சங்க நிர்வாகிகளை விடுதலை செய்யக் கோரியும் பு.ஜ.தொ.மு., வி.வி.மு. நடத்திய இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்திற்கு அனுமதி மறுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தடையைமீறி ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்த தோழர்கள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தொழிலாளர்கள் உரிமைக்கான போராட்டம் என்ற வகையில் கூட போலீசு இதனை பார்க்க மறுக்கிறது. காரணம், மாருதி தொழிலாளர்கள் மீதான அடக்குமுறைகள் பன்னாட்டுக் கம்பெனிகளின் மூலம் செலுத்தப்படுகிறது. தனியார்மயம், தாராளமயம் என்ற மறுகாலனியாக்கக் கொள்கையின் விளைவு! இந்த நாட்டின் புதிய மனுதர்மமான மறுகாலனியாக்கத்தைக் கேள்விக்கேட்க யாருக்கும் உரிமையில்லை என்பதை இந்த கைது நிரூபித்துள்ளது.
நெய்வேலி அனல் மின்நிலையத்தின் 5% பங்குகளை விற்கும் விசயத்தில், நெய்வேலி தொழிலாளர் கோரிக்கைக்காக குரல்கொடுப்பது போலவும், தனியார்மயத்திற்கு எதிராகக் குரல்கொடுப்பது போலவும் நாடகமாடும் ஜெயா அரசின் இந்த கைது நடவடிக்கை என்பது, ஜெயா அரசு தொழிலாளர் உரிமைகளை மிதிக்கின்ற பாசிச அரசு, பன்னாட்டுக் கம்பெனிகளின் ஏவல் அரசு என்பதை தோலுரித்துக் காட்டியுள்ளது.
ஆகையால், குறைந்த பட்ச உரிமைகளைத் தொழிலாளர் வர்க்கம் தக்கவைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்றாலும் பன்னாடுக் கம்பெனிகளின் ஆட்சிக்கு பாதுகாவலாக நிற்கும் அரசை எதிர்க்காமல் வெற்றிபெற முடியாது!

revolutionary organization like People’s Art Literary Association, New Democratic Labour Front, Peasants Liberation Front, Revolutionary Student And Youth Front and Women’s Liberation Front announced a Statewide movement in Tamilnadu. Under this movement we planned to make procession and demo in all district head quarters. On the part of this movement, the organizations NDLF, PLF which are functioning in Krishnagiri District, announces demo and procession in Hosur an industrial town near Bangaloru. The Hosur police withdrew the permission for the procession and demo. But the organizations were already made wide propaganda among the workers for support the procession and demo through thousands of pamphlets and posters in Hosur.
On July 18th, evening 5 pm the comrades of NDLF and PLF started demo in front of the Municipal office near Hosur bus stand with a large amount of red flags and banners which attracted the people. By the name of law and order, a huge police force under the leaders ship of DSP, Hosur, arrested 18 comrades and a child. This demo and arrest made a faith among the suppressed workers in Hosur.

Dear Workers and Working People!
147 Maruthi workers of Manesar plant in Haryana and including all trade unionists were arrested for the struggle against the corporate oppressions of Maruthi company in July last year. 66 of them are still under non bailable arrest warrants. Not even a single bail has been granted to them in the entire period of last year.
18th July will mark a year of this struggle against exploitation, repression and corporate terrorism. 147 frontline-workers have been detained in Gurgaon jail. Lower court and high court had refused to grant bail for them. And, State refuses to investigate about the murder of Avinash Dev who was a supporter of the workers. Not only the Management of Maruthi have painted the workers as criminals and terrorists, but also the media.
2300 workers have been terminated and also their family members been thrown onto the street without reason. The workers who suffer have not been allowed to hold rally, demonstration and even mere pamphlet distribution in the industrial area of Manesar.
Maruti Suzuki Workers Union’s general body meeting on 23rd June 2013, decided to call of “Manesar Chalo” on this 18th July, indefinite sit-in demonstration and hunger strike. The continuous campaign is being conducted by them for this movement.
The MNC`s like Maruthi Suzuki don’t respect the fundamental rights of the workers to join a union. If the workers struggle against this, the State crushes the struggle and protects the foreign capital which exploits and oppresses them. The capitalist media justify the oppression by accusing the workers that they get involved in violence.
To defeat this Capitalist Terrorism, during this Re-colonization called as Privatization-Liberalization situation which is extremely exploiting and oppressing the working people of the whole country, the unity of working class and all other sections of working people are the important and immediate necessity.
To take this struggle forward and to support the Maruti workers who realized all the oppressions on their own and struggled legally, is the duty of the working class. The duty of ours!
