Dear Working People!
Love,
is the right to choose
a life partner.
Though, love is opposed in general,
hatred manifests itself as “honour killings”
only when the partner chosen
by their children is poor,
a Dalit, or a Muslim.
Ilavarasan, Shankar, Kavin, Muhammad Ashiq…
blood witnesses of
caste – religious fanaticism!
Children are expected to study
and earn money.
However,
they are not allowed
to choose their life partners.
Is this family honour? No!
It is a mask used to hide
caste – religious fanaticism,
it is the bunker of patriarchy!
The claim that “love is cultural degradation” is
merely the ‘holy’ delirium of
Brahminical servitude mentality!
“Naadaga Kadhal” (Drama Love), “Aanda Parambarai” (Ruling Dynasty),
“Love Jihad”, “Hindu Culture”—
these are not just fake prides
but poisonous seeds.
Vengaivayal and Nanguneri
are merely different forms of these!
Honour killings and
caste – religious fanatic attacks
are different forms of
social – cultural war being waged
against the working people!
The primary instigators of these acts
are the Sangh Parivar mobs and
dominant caste fanatic outfits.
These new avatars of Brahminism
are the true enemies of the people!
The blacklegs who drag Dalits
into the “Ruling Dynasty” fold!
Half-Sanghis who salute the Sanghis
while claiming to be “Mootha Kudi” (Ancient Clan)!
They are the Fifth Column of Brahminism
that is destroying the Tamils!
Caste fanatic outfits and Sangh Parivars
must be banned.
Properties of those involved in caste fanatic attacks
must be confiscated.
Immediate enactment of a special law
to prevent honour killings.
These are our demands.
Snatching property rights from women,
repealing the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act,
Uniform Civil Code…
These are the demands of caste-religious fanatics.
The fascist Modi government and the Sanghis courts
are overt supporters.
This is the orchestration of fascism
through legal means!

The Five Great Slogans of the Tamilnadu’s Cultural Grand Fest!
- Enact a Special Law for the prevention of honour killings that includes the following provisions: confiscating the properties of perpetrators of honour killing; banning RSS – BJP Sangh Parivar organizations and dominant caste-fanatic outfits that instigate honour killings and caste atrocities; providing compensation of one crore rupees to the families of honour killing victims!
- The Government must take the lead in conducting and recognizing caste-religion denying marriages before the public!
Provide proper protection to couples who marry denying caste and religion! Provide them with financial incentives!
Conduct caste census! Create a separate category “No Caste, No Religion” in the population census for people to register!
Provide reservation benefits to those who obtained the “No Caste, No Religion” certificate! - Shut down TASMAC – Ban Narcotics! Punish police officers who fail to take action to prevent sexual violence against women! Ban pornographic films, websites, plays, and mythological epics that deny women education and liberty, and objectify them as commodities!
- Declare Madurai as Tamil Cultural Zone! Madurai is – the cradle of Tamil civilization with archaeological treasures like Keezhadi, ancient Tamil inscriptions, and Jain caves; the starting point for protests against Hindi imposition, the Tungsten mining project, and pro-Jallikattu protest; the starting point of Indian Independence struggle; the land of symbols of religious harmony like Thiruparankundram and Parambumalai and a symbol of anti-Brahminical folk deity and ancestral deity worship! Ban the RSS – BJP Sangh Parivar organizations and dominant caste-fanatic outfits that act against this tradition!
- Abandon corporate policies and schemes that plunder natural resources, destroy agriculture and micro – small scale enterprises, commodify education and healthcare, snatch away workers’ rights! Expel the Marwadi groups occupying Tamilnadu!
Let us build people’s federations for democracy at the state, district, and regional levels,
outside of the electoral process, to fight for the above demands!
