ஒசூரில் உள்ள தொழிலாளர்கள் பெரும்பாலானோர் வெளிமாவட்டத்திலிருந்து வந்தவர்கள். மேலும் இங்கிருக்கும் தொழிலாளர்களில் கணிசமானோர் தெலுங்கு, கன்னடம் பேசுபவர்கள். அண்மை காலமாக உலக மயமாக்கத்தின் விளைவாக அஸ்ஸாம், ஒரிய தொழிலாளர்கள் ஒசூரில் குவிந்து வருகின்றனர். அவர்கள் பல்வேறு அடக்குமுறைகளை சந்தித்து வருகின்றனர். கடந்த சில மாதங்களாக அசோக் லேலாண்டு போன்ற பெரிய தொழிற்சங்கம் இருக்கும் ஆலைகளில் கூட தொழிலாளர்கள் சட்டவிரோதமான முறையில் கசக்கிப் பிழியப்படுகின்றனர். பல அடக்குமுறைகளுக்கு ஆளாகி வருகின்றனர்.
உரிமை பற்றி பேசுவதே தவறு, பேசவே முடியாது என்ற அளவிற்கு அடக்கு முறைகளும் சுரண்டல்களும் தாண்டவமாடுகின்றன. ரூ. 4,000 கூலி பெறும் ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு மூன்று மாதங்கள் வரை கூலி கொடுக்காமல் டெனிக்கோ போன்ற கம்பெனிகள் கோரத் தாண்டவமாடுகின்றன. எங்கும் தொழிலாளர்கள் படுகின்ற துன்பங்களும், கொடுமைகளும், புலம்பல்களும்தான் எதார்த்தமாக உள்ளன.
மின்வெட்டு காரணமாக கடந்த ஓராண்டில் பல சிறிய பட்டறைகள் பூட்டப்பட்டு விட்டன. இதனால், இங்குள்ள டி.வி.எஸ்., லேலாண்டு போன்ற பெரிய ஆலைகளுக்கு உதிரி பாகங்களைத் தயாரிக்கும் ராஜ்ஸ்ரியா, டெனிக்கோ, பத்மா பேக்கேஜ் போன்ற ஆலைகள் தங்களிடம் சிறிய அளவில் ஆர்டர் பெற்று வேலை செய்யும் சிறு பட்டறை உரிமையாளர்களை மிகக் கேவலமாக நடத்துகின்றனர். மூன்று மாதங்களாகியும் செய்து கொடுத்த வேலைக்கு உரிய தொகை கொடுக்கவில்லை. மின்வெட்டு காரணமாக ஒருநாள் உற்பத்தி தாமதமானாலும் கொடுத்த பொருட்களை அள்ளிச் செல்கின்றன இவ்வாலைகள். இதனால், பல சிறுமுதலாளிகள் மாதக்கணக்கில் நட்டத்தில் பட்டறைகளை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர். இதனால், இவர்களிடம் வேலை செய்யும் தொழிலாளர்களின் நிலைமையோ மேலும் சிக்கலானதாகவும் மன வேதனையுடையதாகவும் உள்ளது. மூன்று மாதங்களாகியும் ஊதியம் கொடுக்கவில்லை என்றாலும் வேலை செய்யும் சில தொழிலாளர்கள் உள்ளனர். ஏன் சம்பளம் கொடுக்காத முதலாளியிடம் வேலை செய்கிறீர்கள் என்று கேட்டபோது, வேலையை விட்டு நின்றுவிட்டால், வேலைக்கு வேறு எங்கு செல்வது? முதலாளிக்கே பேமண்டு ஆகாத போது அவர் வச்சுகிட்டா வஞ்சனை செய்கிறார்? என்று புலம்பிக்கொண்டு அந்த சிறுபட்டறைத் தொழிலாளர்கள் வேலை செய்து வருகின்றனர்.

மின்வெட்டு, லே-ஆப் போன்ற காரணங்களை வைத்துக் கொண்டு ஒசூர் முதலாளிகள் தொழிலாளர்கள், சிறு பட்டறை உரிமையாளர்கள் என எல்லோருடைய வாழ்வையும் சூறையாடி வருகின்ற அவலம் காணமுடிகிறது.
இதே காரணங்களைக் காட்டி, கமாஸ் ஆலையில் வேலை செய்கின்ற செக்யூரிட்டிகளுக்கு ஊதியம் வழங்கமால் செக்யூரிட்டி முதலாளிகள் ஆட்டம் போட்டனர். இதற்கு எதிராக செக்யூரிட்டி ஊழியர்கள் வேலைநிறுத்தம் செய்யும் அளவிற்கு நிலைமை மிகவும் மோசமாகிவிட்டது.
பல ஆண்டுகளாக வேலை செய்தும் ஊதியம் வழங்காத நிலைமை, பணிநிரந்தரம் செய்யப்படாத கொடுமை என தொழிலாளர்களின் வாழ்வு மேலும் மேலும் நரகமாகிவருகிறது.
முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாதத்தின் கொடூர தீப்பிழம்புகள் ஒசூர் தொழிலாளர்களின் வாழ்வைப் பறித்து வருகிறது. மேற்கண்டவை இப்பிரச்சாரத்தின் போது, பு.ஜ.தொ.மு. தோழர்கள் பெற்ற சம்பவங்களின் சில விவரங்களே! ஒட்டுமொத்த முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாதத்தின் உண்மை முகம் மிகக்கொடூரமானது, ஆழமானது, பயங்கரமானது என்பதை இந்தச் சில விவரங்கள் நமக்குத் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

இந்தக் காட்சிகளின் வலியிலிருந்துதான் முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிரான இந்தக் கருத்தரங்கிற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை மேற்கொண்டோம்.
ஒசூர் ஏரித் தெருவில் அமைந்துள்ள, ஜே.ஆர்.பிளாசாவில் உள்ள அரங்கில், 14.07.2103 காலை 11 மணியளவில் “தொழிலாளர் வர்க்க ஒற்றுமையைக் கட்டியமைப்போம்! முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாதத்தை முறியடிப்போம்!’’ என்ற முழக்கத்தின் கீழ் கருத்தரங்கம் நடைபெற்றது. புதிய ஜனநாயகத் தொழிலாளர் முன்னணி சார்பாக நடைபெற்ற இக்கருத்தரங்கம் சிறப்பான வரவேற்பையும், தொழிலாளர்களிடையே புத்துணர்வையும், புதிய நம்பிக்கையையும் விதைத்ததாக இருந்தது. இளந்தொழிலாளர்கள் அதிக அளவில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
கருத்தரங்கத்தின் துவக்கத்தில் பார்வைக்காக வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த கருத்துப்படங்கள், முதலாளிகளின் லாபவெறியை அம்பலப்படுத்தி ஒட்டப்பட்டிருந்த கேலிச்சித்திரங்கள் சிந்திக்கும் வகையில் அமைந்திருந்ததாக கருத்து தெரிவித்து சென்றனர். எச்.ஆர். அதிகாரிகளைக் கண்டு தொழிலாளர்கள் அச்சப்படுவதை முறியடிக்க வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த கேலிச்சித்திரங்கள் பலரது பாராட்டுதலைப் பெற்றது. கமாஸ், குளோபல் ஆலைத் தொழிலாளர்கள் பு.ஜ.தொ.மு. தலைமையில் நடத்திய போர்க்குணமிக்க போராட்டக்காட்சிகள், போராட்டத்தின் அவசியத்தைக் குறிக்கும் தோழர்.துரை சண்முகத்தின் கவிதை வரிகள், தனியார்மயத்தை அம்பலப்படுத்தி புதிய ஜனநாயகம் பத்திரிக்கையின் ஜூன், ஜூலை இதழ்களில் வெளிவந்த கருத்துப்படங்கள், ஒசூர் தொழிற்சாலையில் நடந்த, பலரும் அறிந்த – பேசப்படும் வகையிலான முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாத சம்பவங்கள் குறித்த விளக்க தட்டிகள் போன்றவை தொழிலாளர்கள் கவனத்தையும் சிந்தனையையும் இந்தக் கருத்தரங்கின் உள்நோக்கத்தைக் நோக்கி ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் வகையில் அமைந்தன.
நிகழ்ச்சிகள் தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்னதாக, ஒசூரில் பு.ஜ.தொ.மு. தலைமையில் குளோபல் ஃபார்மாடெக் தொழிலாளர்கள் நடத்திய சாலைமறியல் போராட்டம், நிர்வாக அதிகாரியின் வீடு முன்பு சாணியடித்து நடத்திய முற்றுகைப் போராட்டம், மின்கட்டண விலையுயர்வைக் கண்டித்து புதுச்சேரி பு.ஜ.தொ.மு. நடத்திய முற்றுகைப் போராட்டங்கள் ஒளிப்பரப்பட்டன. அதனைப் பார்த்தவர்கள் போராட்டம் என்றால் இப்படித்தான் செய்யவேண்டும் என கருத்து தெரிவித்தனர். நிகழ்ச்சி துவங்குவதற்கு முன்னால் இது போன்ற வீடியோ காட்சிகள் பார்வையாளர்களின் கவனத்தை நிகழ்ச்சியில் ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் வகையில் அமைந்தது. தாம் ஒரு புரட்சிகர உணர்வுடன் பாட்டாளி வர்க்க உணர்வுடன் உரைகளை கவனிக்கத் தொடங்கினர். இதுபோன்ற போராட்டங்களின்போது எங்களுக்கு தெரிவியுங்கள் நாங்களும் வந்து கலந்துகொள்கிறோம் என்று தெரிவித்துச் சென்றது இக்கருத்தரங்கத்தின் வெற்றியை பறைசாற்றியதாக இருந்தது.
இதன் பின்னர் பாட்டளி வர்க்கத் தியாகிகளுக்கு வீரவணக்கம் செலுத்தி நிகழ்ச்சிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. முதல் நிகழ்ச்சியாக, டி.வி.எஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் முதலாளித்துவப் பயங்கரவாதத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தொழிலாளி ஒருவரின் நேருரை தொழிலாளர்களிடையே நெகிழ்வை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
அவர் பேசுகையில், “நான் டி.வி.எஸ் நிறுவனத்தை சேர்ந்த ஹரிதா ரப்பர் பிரிவில் வேலைப் பார்த்து வந்தேன். 5 வருடங்களாக வேலை பார்த்த பிறகு நிரந்தரம் செய்கிறேன் என்றவர்கள் இப்போது கம்பெனியை வித்தாச்சி. ஆதலால் உங்களுக்கெல்லாம் இனி இங்கே வேலையில்லை என எங்களை கம்பெனியிலிருந்து துரத்தியடித்துவிட்டது டி.வி.எஸ் நிர்வாகம். எவ்வளவோ மன்றாடியும் கல்மனதாக இருக்கிறது டி.வி.எஸ் நிர்வாகம். எங்களது ஆலைநிர்வாகம் ஒரு ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரியை சட்ட ஆலோசகராக வைத்திருக்கிறது. அவரிடம் சென்ற நான் , சார் இந்த டி.வி.எஸ் பேரை நம்பித்தான் கல்யாணமெல்லாம் பிக்ஸ் பண்ணிட்டோம். இந்த நேரத்தில் இப்படி செஞ்சிட்டீங்கன்னா நாங்கள் எங்க சார் போவது என்று கேட்டோம். அதற்கு அவர் மிகவும் கூலாக இந்த கல்யாணத்தை விட்டுவிட்டு வேற கல்யாணம் செஞ்சிக்கோ, காலத்துக்கேற்ப மாறிக்கோ என திமிராக சொல்கிறார் அந்த அதிகாரி.
அதோடில்லாமல் ஏதோ வெளியில டி.வி.எஸ்-ன்னா நல்ல பேரு. ஆனால், உள்ளே எந்நேரமும் கண்காணிப்பு. வெளியே பிற ஆலை தொழிற்சங்க நண்பர்களுடன் தொடர்பு வைத்துக் கொள்ளக் கூடாது. அதே நேரத்தில், இப்ப வெளியில இருக்கிற எங்களுக்கும் கம்பெனிக்கும் சம்மந்தமில்லை என அவன் சும்மா விடுவதில்லை. அங்க சங்கம் அது இதுன்னு போயிடாத. இந்த சங்கத்துக்காரங்க வெளியில கேஸ்ஸ போட்டுட்டு உன்ன அலைய விட்டு உன் லைஃபையே கெடுத்துடுவாங்க. அதனால, வேற ஒரு நல்ல வேலைய பார்த்துகிட்டு போய் பொழப்ப பாத்து பொழச்சிக்க என்று அவர்களுடைய நம்பகமான கையாட்களைக் கொண்டு, நல்லது செய்யுற மாதிரி ஆலோசனை சொல்வதுபோல நடிக்கின்றனர். குறிப்பாக, என் வீட்டில் என் பெற்றோர்களிடம் வந்து அட்வைஸ் பண்ணி என் போன்றோரை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் வந்து அவமானப்படுத்துகின்றனர்” என்று தனது அனுபவத்தை பதிவுசெய்தார்.
தோழர் பரசுராமன் தனது தலைமையுரையில் ஓசூரில் உள்ள பல நிறுவனங்களில் குறிப்பாக அசோக்லேலாண்டு, கமாஸ் வெக்ட்ரா, குளோபல் ஃபார்மாடெக், கார்போரண்டம், எக்ஸைடு, ராஜ்ஸ்டிரியா உள்ளிட்ட ஆலைகளில் பணிபுரியும் எண்ணற்ற தொழிலாளர்கள் சந்திக்கின்ற பிரச்சினைகளை பட்டியலிட்டு இதற்கு காரணமான முதலாளிகளின் மனிதாபிமானமற்ற லாபவெறி கண்ணோட்டத்தை அம்பலப்படுத்திப் பேசினார்.

Dear workers,
Capitalists are lying that they start industries to give the jobs to workers. But that is not the fact. They start business to grab billions of money by exploiting our hard work.
Capitalism is nothing but the profit mania which uses the different system of exploitation to increase its capital. They have divided us as trainy, contract and casual labours who have same working nature, to keep us temporary since many years. Also, Capitalist exploits the workers by paying poor wages. They are sucking our working power by increasing the work time 10-12 hours, forcing to work on holidays and introducing modern machineries. They snatch our valuable rest and sleeping time by imposing the backbreaking work on us.
They throw us on the street as garbage after sucking our entire energy from the age of 17-24. We have been oppressed by refusal of leaves, permanent work, and safe working environment. We have been facing severe beating and indecent scolding by managers. Especially women workers are subjected to sexual harassment and equal wages has been refused at par with men workers. To release from this cruelty and to win our just rights, if we try to organize a union, Capitalists are trying to bow down the leaders.
They try to threaten us by suspensions, transfers, giving threats by police and threaten our family members to bow down us for the petty reasons. If we do not bow down, they terminate us from the job.
Capitalists create few traitors among us by threatening and corrupting them to break our efforts to organize a union. They create puppet-committee in the name of “Workers committee” by using few capitalist funded traitors who are among us. They recognize this committee for the namesake to destroy the aim of building a union.
As per law, the management staff do not have rights of organizing a union. By exploiting this, they define workers as management staff like supervisors, team leaders, captain, etc for the namesake. They spoil the effort of organizing a union at the embryonic stage.
They are monitoring every activity of ours by CCTV camera. They don’t even allow us to mingle with our colleagues. Due to that our life has become like machines. They converted the factories like concentration camps so that we don’t have the opportunity to maintain relationships with our colleagues.
We are working for our back and belly and are under the exploitation of work, suppression, and hazardous working condition. We are struggling to maintain our family with poor wages. Previously, we used to get welfare schemes like free education, free drinking water and pensions from the government. Even those facilities are not enough for our livelihood. But it helped us to overcome some difficulties. But all the welfare plans have been destroyed by the same government which has initiated all those plans.
Now government is planning to implement ‘Food Security Bill’ to defunct ration shops to destroy the source of low priced food products. If we purchase all ration products at market price, we would have to spend our major part of wages. We may be forced to work overtime. In addition to that, ever rising inflation would crush our neck.
Privatization has converted drinking water into commodity, we are struggling to get water for our dry mouth. Even education sector has been privatized by the government, no of private school and colleges have increased, government has created a situation that there is no free education.
The current ESI plan which helped us to get medical facilities and accident insurances. Due to the Maximum Wage Limit, many of us lost ESI. When ESI was not there, we used to get free treatment from government hospitals. Even in the health care services, government has imposed privatization which has destroyed free medical services.
Our PF amount helped us for our Children’s higher education and marriages. It has been handed over to the national and international financial dominators. There is no security to get back our PF money from these gamblers who control the PF money. Moreover, pension which we used to get is affected by the new pension plan.
The public sector enterprises are being sold to MNCs and national comprador capitalists in the name of Liberalization-Privatization-Globalization. Because of that, new recruitment has stopped. Owing to that, unemployment is being increased.
Capitalism has snatched our basic rights such as work security, appropriate wages, 8 hour duty, organizing union and respectful-secured life. Government is even snatching previous social security plans which helped us inadequately.
Multinational Capitalists and national comprador capitalists are robbing natural resources of our nation without limits. Social assets such as marine resources, mineral resources, forest resources, water resources are being converted to the assets of the capitalists. And then, air and water have been polluted by the unnatural and extreme exploitation of natural wealth. Due to this reason, people have been affected by various diseases and problems.
Moreover, Liberalization-Privatization-Globalization is the causes of ever increasing scandals, cultural disorders and sexual violence on women. These are all the policies have not only affected the living rights of working class but also the classes of oppressed such as Farmers, Weavers, Fishermen, small business holders, small scale business men. And also, the desires of Multinational Capitalists and national brokerage capitalists have become the laws of our country. We call; this is a ‘Recolanization’.
Moreover, various classes of people who lost their life started struggling due to the impact of recolonization policy. To stop the intensification of people struggle, they are providing Aadhaar Identity card which can also be used for surveillance. Also, the data which stored in the card can be used to monitor a person’s activities and cell phone conversations can be tapped. By this, people who are struggling, the revolutionary and democratic organizations can be monitored and suppressed. It openly shows that State is merely an oppressing tool of capitalists.
In addition to that, we can’t live with endurance, due to the extreme exploitation and oppressions. Till now, working class got all its rights only by the struggle. Working class has not only to fight for its own but also for other oppressed classes. To lead those struggles, the working class alone has the quality and capability.
There is no shortcut other than struggle against recolonization which is robbing living rights of all the oppressed class and also capitalist terrorism which terrorize us to bow down. If we want to win the struggle, we have to destroy the different systems of contract labor, casual labor, permanent labor which was created by the capitalists. Let us unite as working class; let us build a revolutionary union, let us defeat the capitalist terrorism.
State and Central governments,
Strictly practice the labour laws like work conformation act, contract method demolition act, etc.!
Take action on Law of Crimes against HR officers and owners who violate labour laws!
Register new labour unions within 30 days from applying date! Ban the ‘Workers committee ‘which is a plot being handled by the capitalists!
Fix Rs. 15,000/- as minimum wage limit for all the industries!
Provide equality in wages and security for women workers!
Abandon Anti-people and recolonization policies like Liberalization-Privatization-Globalization!
Cancel Aadhaar Identity card which can be used for spying the people!
