Dear working people,
The great expectation of the majority of the people of the country during the 2024 parliamentary elections was to defeat the fascist BJP. Initially, because of people’s protest against the fascist BJP’s pro-corporate policies and saffron terror activities, the BJP had no chance of winning the Lok Sabha elections.
But the disunity among the opposition parties and their anti-people and pro-corporate policies made them unpopular in the states they rule . They lacked a proper alternative programme against the BJP. At the same time, the BJP had used its money and muscle power in the elections and even rigged elections in many seats.
As a result, the fascist BJP emerged victorious in the election.
The fascist BJP has the RSS, which upholds Brahminism, as its backdrop. The monopoly corporate clique including Ambani, Adani and Agarwal is assisting them. It primarily employs extra-legal methods to instill fear among the people. The Lok Sabha elections have once again made us realize that it is difficult to defeat this fascist BJP by legal means. The results of the recently concluded Haryana and Maharashtra Assembly elections have also not escaped this reality.
However, in 2019, the anti-CAA protests, and the farmers’ siege of Delhi against the three farm laws in 2020, pushed the fascist mob to the “face of defeat”. Since then, people’s protests have been a nightmare for the Modi – Amit Shah mob. Therefore, only the protests of the working people can defeat the fascist BJP.
Now, the BJP, which secured a third consecutive term, has brought in three new criminal laws; Four new labour codes are to be enforced. Along with this, it is also trying to implement the Hindu Rashtra projects like Uniform Civil Code and One Nation One Election. It is also making efforts to grab power in various states.
Assembly elections will be held in five states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal, in 2026. The fascist mob is trying to capture power in these opposition ruled states. The mob is creating chaotic atmosphere in these states by utilizing the anti-people actions of the respective ruling parties and through its conspiratorial approaches.
It is the immediate task of the working people of these states to prevent this fascist mob from capturing power. At the same time, the opposition parties do not propose any alternative against this fascist mob. On the other hand, the fascist mob is making use of the existing so-called democratic State structure and gradually demolishing it and transforming it into a Hindu Rashtra. Under these circumstances, it is impossible to revamp this rotten State structure or use it to overthrow fascism.
Therefore, we need to create an alternative State structure which is people-centric. As a part of this struggle, the demands of the people should be brought to the forefront in the upcoming assembly elections. Let all the democratic forces unite to drive out the fascist BJP through such struggles!

- Ban the RSS and other Sangh Parivar affiliated terrorist organisations, including the BJP, Cow vigilante mobs, Bajrang Dal, Hanuman Sena, VHP, etc.!
- Let’s drive out AIADMK, Vijay, DMDK who act as backdoor for the fascist army!
- Let’s drive out casteist and ethnocentric parties like Seeman, PMK and Puthiya Tamilagam who act as the fifth column of the RSS mob.
- Stop implementing corporate projects like Parandur airport and SIPCOT while claiming to oppose fascism!
- Don’t support Adani-Ambani-Agarwal’s corporate plans!
- Don’t work as an ideological henchman for the Sangh Parivar mob!
- Stop the corporatisation of the transport sector and the education sector!
- Ban magazines, advertisements, movies and websites that depict women in an obscene manner!
- Ban pornography and drugs that turn humans into animals!
- Shut down TASMAC shops that are destroying people’s livelihood!
- Allow student union elections in colleges which creates political and socially consciousness among the students!
- Stop casteist atrocities against Dalits in Tamil Nadu!
- Enact a special law to shut down Sterlite permanently!

- Dismantle the Enforcement Directorate!
- Get out of the QUAD alliance! Stop the warmongering and building up of arms!
- Don’t support Israel’s apartheid against Palestinians and the genocide of Palestinians! Stop arms exports to Israel immediately!

- People should be given the right to recall elected representatives!
- Fascism cannot be overthrown with the aid of this Constitution, which gives freedom to fascists!
