Rahul stripped of his MP seat: Yesterday it was Freedom of Speech! Today it’s MP post! Tomorrow Election itself!

This is not an attack on an individual MP named Rahul Gandhi; Hereafter, if anyone raises their voice in the Parliament against the RSS, the BJP or against corporate dacoits like Ambani, Adani, Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi, or against Narendra Modi, they too will be thrown out of the Parliament in the same manner.

Rahul Gandhi was stripped of his MP seat as per the Representation of the People Act after being sentenced for two years by the Surat district court. As a result of this, Rahul will not be able to contest elections for 8 years.

While addressing a rally during the 2019 parliament elections, Rahul Gandhi had exposed the corporate capitalists are running away from the country after looting public sector banks under the Modi regime, and that Modi is acting as their Chowkidaar.

In an indirect reference to Nirav Modi and Lalit Modi and their connection to Modi, Rahul had asked, “How come all the thieves have Modi as the common surname?” A case was filed against Rahul Gandhi by saying that he had insulted the entire ‘Modi’ community by making such a statement.

This case was being heard for four years by the Surat district court and Rahul Gandhi was sentenced to two years in jail. The court had also granted him 30 days bail to give an opportunity to appeal. But within 24 hours, his MP post has been stripped of under the Representation of the People Act.

It was a planned fascist attack by the RSS-BJP mob. For more than a week, the BJP has been demanding an apology from Rahul Gandhi for insulting ‘Indian democracy’ on foreign soil. Under such circumstance, the arrest has been made.

In a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker, a group of BJP MPs demanded that “Rahul Gandhi’s London speech is not acceptable. Therefore, under Rule 223 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha, a special parliamentary committee should be constituted to consider if Rahul Gandhi should be expelled from the House for his remarks detrimental to the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India”.

This exposes the pre-planned conspiracy of the saffron fascist mob to strip of Rahul’s MP post and expel him from the Parliament. The saffron fascists, who were looking for legal reasons for the same, have fulfilled their motives through the judgments of the Surat court.

This is a fascist action. But even the leaders of political parties who make statements condemning this say that Rahul’s removal is an attack on the Constitution. This is not an attack on the Constitution, comrades, “This attack is in accordance with the Constitution”. “A legal fascist attack!”.

This is also a legal fascistic attack, similar to the using of investigating agencies like the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate against parties opposed to the BJP; like the using of UAPA against activists and intellectuals who fight for the people; just like the NIA being unleashed on the minority Muslim population.

What is in force in our country is democracy for RSS-BJP; Ambani-Adani. And fascism for the people of India! The slogan “Save Constitution” is just embracing the non-existing democracy.

“The danger that India is facing is not from an individual party called BJP. Toady, the entire democratic institutions are being taken over by the RSS. We are fighting the system” Rahul Gandhi spoke on every platform. This is also one of the reasons for the RSS – BJP mob’s unique hatred for Rahul.

It is illusory to think that the danger of the entire state structure becoming fascistic can be defeated through elections, and that the pseudo-democracy which is becoming fascistic can be revived – every act of the fascist mob makes us realize this!

Neither an alternative electoral party nor the elections is the solution. Even this pseudo-democratic election, which is being held nominally, will be brought to an end by ‘one nation; one election’.

The solution is to fight for an alternate system! Let’s fight for an Anti-Fascist Democratic Republic!
